The property is dated, but clean. My room had signs of water damage in the bathroom and you could tell where the patch was. Breakfast was just ok.

This was centrally located if you were interested in visiting the university with dining options within walking distance. We were however interested in the indoor pool. Having called prior to booking to ensure it was open for use, we were highly disappointed that neither the pool nor the room housing the pool were heated. The kids don't mind a cold pool, however, a jacked would have been needed to sit on the pool deck. If you are looking at this hotel during the winter because of the pool, I would look elsewhere. The traffic noise was also loud, but living in the city, this didn't affect us much. The staff and breakfast were welcoming and nothing negative with regards to either.

Blamed all the deficiencies on the Corona virus. In room refrigerator not working Corona virus No coffee amenities in the room Corona virus ice machine working on one floor Corona virus

I loved watching the sun set behind my alma mater. Very nice room and even more comfortable bed!

Great location for ODU. Beds were so comfortable. Shower good water pressure nice an hot, great kitchenette, Nice hot breakfast. VERY VERY CLEAN. Wonderful friendly staff. Loved the pool & hot tub but it would be really nice if they had an adult hour without children being in there. They get so loud!!!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Any inquiries were answered thoroughly.

hotel was close to graduation event made travel to and from very easy.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating of our needs!

Stayed overnight with two teenagers to see a concert at the Constant Center. Check in was easy and very quick, parking (an additional $8.00+ fee) was very convenient, the staff was amazingly friendly (especially the breakfast ladies), and the room was comfortable and very clean. I also appreciated some of the additional security, such as needing a guest's room entry card to get to the room floors of the hotel. Particularly with the kids, I really appreciated having the additional sitting room area. I would definitely stay here again.

On ODU campus, so perfect if ODU is your destination. The staff couldn't have been nicer, every one of them (which was a pleasant surprise).

Checked in the night before an early morning meeting at Old Dominion University. Right across the street from campus - couldn't have been more convenient.

I would give the staff a 5+ They were always cordial. We were at a USTA tennis tournament, and they would ask - How'd you do? when we returned to hotel. Amenities didn't get a 5 because we had to ask at the front desk to get lotion - which we did get, but usually it's in the room. The restaurant was a good value and hamburgers super special. The room was a bit on the expensive side, didn't know if that was a game weekend price. Would recommend hotel if price was about $50 cheaper than what I paid.

Very positive experience..helpful staff with luggage...would stay there again

Great location, perfect for graduation! Would highly reccommend.

The room was great, the staff was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and convient to Naval station with resturants near by.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We used to spa and pool and it was very clean.
