Casino staff sucked. They do everything possible to make sure you don’t win. Seen it first hand along with everyone’s the roulette table. Changing balls, stopping the spin halfway through. Some how I managed to still win. Stay away if you want better

The rooms and entire resort area was so clean, it was spotless! Everyone was so nice and helpful everywhere we went. Food was fresh at every meal and pool and beach area was amazing. Will definitely come again!! Top knotch! 5+Stars!!

Despite the reputation of the RIU properties the room was embarrassing. Outdated with zero amenities. The first night we slept with blankets because they were “out”. They claim to have a nicer side of the property but you don’t know where you are staying until you get there.

Staff and room was clean and the amenities were nice. The food wasn’t really that great; we ended up going off the resort for food. We also booked the adult only side and ended up in the family side, which ended up being fine because it was more lively anyway.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Riu Palace Aruba. I booked and paid for a Junior Suite with Ocean View, but the accommodations and overall experience fell far below what is expected from a resort of this caliber. Upon check-in, we were assigned Room 305, which was in unacceptable condition. The air conditioning did not work, there was no internet access, and the television was nonfunctional. The room also had a strong moldy odor, and the sofa was visibly torn and covered in mildew. We contacted the front desk around 11:00 AM to request assistance. Despite four follow-up calls throughout the day, no one came to address the issues until around 8:00 PM, only after we had already decided to change rooms due to the lack of response. For the second night, we were moved to Room 295, where the situation worsened. We encountered cockroaches on two consecutive nights. When we requested to be moved again, we were told no other rooms were available, forcing us to remain in a room with an active pest issue. We even had to place towels along the bottom of the door to prevent insects from entering. This was unacceptable, especially at a resort advertised as luxury. Room 295 also presented additional problems. There was no elevator servicing that area, making it difficult to transport luggage. The room was located close to ground level, resulting in excessive nighttime noise, and once again, the television did not work. None of this aligned with what we paid for.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Room service and house keeping did a great job everytime we need something. I highly recommend RIU Palace for family and RIU Antillas for adults.

Staff was great. Super attentive and appreciative that we chose them. By far the best experience we have come across in our trips. Dinning options were great as well with different meal coarses so it doesnt get boring

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba. The hotel is located in a great location with great beaches and vibrant nightlife. The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was diverse and very good throughout our stay. To top it off, the New Year’s Eve at the Moomba Restaurant was exceptional and a true highlight of the trip. While seating around the beach and pool was limited during peak times, it did not detract from an otherwise excellent overall experience.
