I love every moment from my trip in Aruba the resort was breathtaking the streets were clean and safe one of the safest island I’ve been in. The resort customer service was on point. Everyone I came in contact with was excellent great customer service all around. Special mention for Miguel and Nellie for the outstanding services at the front desk.

Poor service, no towels in the rooms, air condition not working, restaurants food quality was terrible and unsatisfying, pool was very dirty every single day, very limited entertainment, overall service needs improvement.

Purchased a room with an ocean view room and for 3pm check in. Front desk checked us in at 4 and I was appalled at the site of the room. They gave us the first floor super noisy and the view didn’t have one slither of ocean. In fact the view was a fork lift, a dumpster, and a local sitting on the floor scathing his bare foot. The hotel staff was nice enough to put us in a very nice oceanfront room on the top floor so I appreciate that. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the pillows are small for a child, and the shower pressure was terrible and the water was freezing. I cannot wait to be home and have a normal shower and comfortable bed to sleep in.

We love Aruba and have been multiple times. The Riu was ok but we have stayed at better places. There was nothing that stood out to me as amazing. There were limited restaurants in the all inclusive and you couldn’t make reservations- it was not allowed. The rooms were ok but I was expecting more for the price. They seem outdated but they were clean. The staff was wonderful - super nice. The people at the resort were very friendly- as we have found all over Aruba. The property is in a good location, close to shopping and nightlife. The beach was ok- but in Aruba, I prefer some of the other beaches that are less crowded and more room and space on the beach.

I love the Riu hotels the palace was my least favorite. The rooms are dated. The rooms don’t look like the lobby of the hotel. I like that they have themed parties now. But in Aruba it seems music wise they only cater to a certain group of ppl. How are we in a Caribbean island and not one reggae song was played, or any up to date hip hop. But Spanish and club mixes were played all night.
