Currently fighting for refund. Left early due to a broken shower, broken fridge and hairs all over the jacuzzi in the jacuzzi suite.

The hotel looks gorgeous. The staff and bartenders are friendly and provide great service. Upon arrival, the AC in our suite was not functioning, but after speaking with frontvl desk, they fixed it quickly. The entertainment by the pool and beach party on Sunday were Amazing! My husband and I had a blast doing the zumba and aqua fit, especially since it gave us the chance to workout while having fun. The beach party was so much fun with great music and dancing.

I would like to see more entertainment and music by the beach and by the pool. Entertainment shows at night.

The food was good . The property is ocean front and the view is beautiful. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Everything was great. Food was above average for an all inclusive resort.

Rooms very nice room service prompt. I liked first come first serve at specialtie restaurants. The maids very nice couldnt do enough for us. Buffet was nice good selection. Beach seemed a bit dirty garbage and cigertte buts. Had a great time will come again.

We loved the hotel and for sure will stay here again, our only problem was the language barrier with the staff. I asked the lady that was cleaning our room if she would be who would clean the room for our stay, she replied yes, so I gave her a gratuity thinking she would be who was cleaning the room for the next few days being this is what I was told. And I made my living off tips so I like to think I'm generous.None the less for the next 2 days there was a different lady each day.which I felt compelled to tiip them each as well, even though it does say gratuities are included, we tip everyone again I feel it is only fair. Also I drink Pino Grgio wine it is only available at one restaurant, what is wrong with getting it from that restaurant for the customer in order to make the customer happy? I asked and was flat out told NO.I worked in a very big hotel for over 15 years, that was never something we said to a customer. We had to do back flips if needed to make the customer happy. Also the language barrier,I feel that when the employees speak no English that to me is a problem, what happened to DWI, Dutch West Indies? I don't care who who works there everyone deserves to make a living by all means, but please be able to explain things to the guests in English Aruba is an English speaking island as long as I have been going there,I found it frustrating when the response I get is "No English" I find this unacceptable.I don't want to insult anyone,Small issue with room service.

Everything was phenomenal. One complaint, need larger elevators. One elevator broke and was down 4 days.

All the staff are friendly and always there whenever you need them

The property was okay for me. I tried to compare to other Riu hotel and this one lacks of couple of things. For example, for an all-inclusive, it’s missing of a beach barbecue is a minus for me. When you are drinking, you need some kind of food to digest the liquor. There is a lot of moisture in the rooms. Even money in my wallet was damp. These are the 2 things I did not like. Everything else was good and I will continue on using the Riu brand because I like it.

The buffet was great. I also liked Nautilis and Krystal. The Italian place was mediocre. Didn't try the Japanese place because the choices didn't appeal to my teenager. I loved the dancers at the pool....especially the guy with the heart shaped glasses!
