Casino staff sucked. They do everything possible to make sure you don’t win. Seen it first hand along with everyone’s the roulette table. Changing balls, stopping the spin halfway through. Some how I managed to still win. Stay away if you want better

The rooms and entire resort area was so clean, it was spotless! Everyone was so nice and helpful everywhere we went. Food was fresh at every meal and pool and beach area was amazing. Will definitely come again!! Top knotch! 5+Stars!!

The staff was fantastic; from the bellhops at the front desk to the girl in the towel hut. Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping responded to our every request. Food was good with a variety each day. Only disappointment was the evening entertainment, needed more variety.

À la carte booking process is not efficient and extremely frustrating. Food at the À la Catre was a 2/10 at best So add service was hit and miss Food overall even at the buffets were okay.

Line up at specialty restaurants is terrible. Didn’t come to all inclusive to wait in line. No reso but wait in line for beeper. Signage has to be put up for stupid people to respect others around you . Keep phone and speakers low for everyone to enjoy. No staff says a thing. Smoking too. People sit with everyone to smoke then go walk the beach. Signs to ask to step away. Didn’t come to this beautiful sea to inhale second hand smoke. Seems it’s very acceptable to smoke. Even cigars!!! Not fair to all that don’t smoke and are quiet. Beach chair vacant signage. 2 hours and your stuff is gone. I went to the beach at 6am every morning and most chairs are saved and Jo one shows up for 5+ hours. I’m there at 6. I see this!!! Resort credits if $525 US is a joke. Explain it when booking. It’s a coupon book. Don’t think it added up to that amount and we did not use a single credit. Many others were very disappointed with this too when we talked to guests. Broken beach chairs need to be removed from the beach. Restacked and the whole process starts over to find unbroken loungers. Excellent selection of food. No complaints with this. Pool bar. Saw women sit their wet diapered kids on the bar. What is wrong with people? No one says anything and not wiped down. Room is big and comfortable. Great big bathroom and separate toilet room. Lots of hot water and pressure was great. Grounds and pool are cleaned well early in the morning.

Our room was on the eighth floor and had a very large balcony overlooking the ocean and the adjoining property. It was clean, well stocked, and just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. We ALWAYS love RIU!!

hotel was nice...nicer than other RIU's I have been to. was not pleased with specialty dining ....website spoke of 4 but only 2 were available and seating was filled early..leaving buffet as only option....which did not provide a lot of non-beef/seafood options. food could be better

The hotel room was dirty, tv was staticky and impossible to see, room service only offered salad and sandwiches, alcohol was watered down, dinner was terrible. Staff seemed to be either really helpful or completely rude, especially the towel guys by the pool. I paid for an excursion (jet skiing) the instructor never showed up and I was left standing there. Restaurants were never available!! This is not what I was expecting staying at the Riu. I guess the good name and standards that Riu once held is no longer accurate and just another bad resort with a good name.

Beautiful view of the water from our room. Nice friendly staff. Easy walk to many restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the RIU Palace Aruba! Nice rooms, good food and drinks. The beach and pool areas were lovely.
