Casino staff sucked. They do everything possible to make sure you don’t win. Seen it first hand along with everyone’s the roulette table. Changing balls, stopping the spin halfway through. Some how I managed to still win. Stay away if you want better

The rooms and entire resort area was so clean, it was spotless! Everyone was so nice and helpful everywhere we went. Food was fresh at every meal and pool and beach area was amazing. Will definitely come again!! Top knotch! 5+Stars!!

Our room had water coming from the floors when you step on it. I called to complain and nobody even came to look at it. I had to request cleaning multiple times and still did not get my room cleaned until I made a big deal with the manager and finally got our room cleaned at 10pm. They have 4 restaurants and only open 2 per day that maybe seat 40-50 people in a day and are walk in only. Impossible to get a table at the restaurants so buffet is your only option. Terrible experience. Very Disappointed.

Despite what I write below I would recommend this resort as long as guest stay there with eyes wide open The staff was pleasant. We ate at all our meals at one restaurant: Don Nicolas. The selection of food was amazing. The fruits and juices were great. Some of the other foods were good to okay. On to the negatives: It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the gym on the property was closed for reservation and had been since January 2025. The room wasn't ready until 4:30 but, naturally, there was no discount for that inconvenience. Considering that there IS a penalty for late checkout on rooms, that seems unfair, regardless if that is the industry standard.

Remodeling in building 1 , on our opinion, made building worse. It’s clean, but seems to be simpler. Floor, walls look cheap for Palace. Stuff was very polite and nice. Food was delicious. Shows were so so. Activities at the pools were nice, stuff was creative and friendly.

Hello, My family and I returned from our trip to Aruba and I am writing to you regarding an unexpected situation while we stayed at Riu Palace Aruba. On Friday, December 19th we woke up to no hot water. We had a day planned at the beach so we got dressed and left for a few hours. When we returned 3 of our rooms still had no hot water and my room had no water running at all. We were told a pipe burst in the hotel and was being repaired. The front desk sent a maintenance staff to my room and even he was surprised I had no running water (Room 1442). While an unexpected occurrence for everyone, this was a huge inconvenience for me and my family. My 2 year old niece was with us and had to take a cold bath when we returned from the beach. I would like to request monetary compensation (refund) for the full day I did not have access to hot water. We are frequent guests at Riu hotels when we travel and this is our first bad experience and cannot be ignored. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you, Stephanie Hall

The resort was amazing including the amenities. I know there was renovation but it didn’t affect the stay. However, food was bad as 3 couples with us, all got food poisoning on different days. Even the la carte restaurant got us sick. This was shocking! The staff and the room were excellent

Room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, all inclusive including room service, mini bar, and restaurants, everything was amazing
