We had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend it. It was clean, quiet, well furnished and safe, in a secured apartment/condominium building with thoughtful amenities. Location was ideal, walking distance to train station, tram and beach. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for letting us stay here!

What a wonderful time we had staying in this gorgeous apartment in Nice. So spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and such a joy to come back to at the end of an enjoyable day adventuring. A huge thank you to Malin. Friendliness and speed of communication was absolutely phenomenal. She was such a pleasure to meet. I’ve stayed at this apartment twice now, and it’s become my go-to place whenever I visit Nice. The host is extremely accommodating—allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which made arrival so much easier.The apartment is in a fantastic location: just steps away from the main train station and only about a 10-minute walk to the promenade. There are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes it very convenient.The space itself is extra clean, well-kept, and very affordable compared to other options in the area. Overall, this is the perfect spot for both short and longer stays in Nice. I’ll definitely be booking here again every time I return!

Lovely Apartment!

This unit has a great layout for a family of 3 or 4. We enjoyed having a dishwasher, clothes washer, air-conditioning, etc. It is easy to get to from the train and not too far to the beach. It was very clean and well appointed. Wifi was great. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome!

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr gepflegte, gut strukurierte Ferienwohnung mit großzügigem Wohn-Essbereich. Schlafcouch sehr bequem. Küche und restlicher Haushalt sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage vor allem im Hochsommer sehr angenehm. Schlüsselübergabe war persönlich, zuverlässig und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert mit sehr guter Lage und Anbindung.

Fabulous location, easy to check in and out! Great manager. Everything you need is nearby. Lots of groceries, restaurants, activities, transportation in easy walking distance. The apartment is great! We loved having breakfast on the balcony. Nice space and newly renovated.

A perfect apartment in Nice

This apartment is immaculate, in a good neighborhood, and close to everything- the beach, train station, a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the little balcony was a fun way to enjoy the neighborhood.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location, convenient for the main station and the beach. The main shopping center is a 20-minute walk, or you can take a tram to the old town. The apartment is well-equipped with all necessary facilities, making it easy to cook, use the oven, and wash clothes without any issues. The bathroom is spacious, with a combined toilet and shower featuring two types of showerheads. We traveled from the UK as a family with two kids and found it manageable even with just one bathroom. The living room is a good size for dining and sleeping, and we converted the two sofas into beds, which were very comfortable. We arrived late night, and the lady was very kind and supportive.

Exceptional stay in Nice

Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Everything provided is new and in excellent condition. Location is perfect for places to visit, train station, tram and restaurants. There is also a supermarket across the street. Malin is an excellent host, helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to return for a stay in this apartment the next time in Nice.

exactly as stated and very clean

Our family had a wonderful time in Nice. The apartment had everything we needed. We enjoyed a week long stay using the train that was very close by to travel easily to see much of the area! The apartment was clean very clean, and had AC which was great as we were there in a heat wave. We had wonderful communication with the owner who helped us. We were able to do laundry and the property came with towels and amenities for the beach, which was only a 10 min walk. There was a lovely cafe around the corner as well.
