This unit is in the perfect location to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. Train and tram stations are in easy walking distance. Jenny met us at the apartment for check in and took us through every thing that we needed to know. Also gave us a quick rundown on places to see and things to do in the area. We would highly recommend, good location and quiet.

Lovely Stay

The property is as advertised. It is in a good location to avail yourself of transportation to get around Nice. The kitchen was well equipped , the air con worked well and the bed was comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine and treats was a nice surprise. Communication with the property managers was very good. I would reommend this property without hestitaion

Excellent apartment, location and overall value!

Adequately sized, very clean, and in a wonderful (quiet) location, but only a block or two from the vibrancy we enjoy. Kate was fantastic as well, with accommodating our meeting time and having the apartment spotless upon our arrival. We definitely will request this apartment again for our next trip to Nice.
