Sewage smell in bathroom, 2 codes needed for separate entrances to actual hotel. Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Window blind not working. Curtains not fitting properly so hung awry. Will not return.

We had the balcony room. Only one in the hotel. It was pretty incredible to sit out there each night and watch the people. The location cant be beat!! The staff was always friendly. The room could definitely use some work. Door knobs falling off, almost no hot water and just the over all condition of the workmanship. This hotel has soooo much potential. Just needs a bit of TLC. Overall i would stay hear again for the price point.

Fabulous location for the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Trams run right outside, 10 mins leisurely walk to the station and tram link to the airport is 5 mins away. A lovely little boutique hotel.

Acceptable facility - check the fine print

We did not see when we booked that the hotel would not guarantee the room type selected, and that was our fault. It created a tough situation for our family after a day of travel. The location of the hotel was fantastic, but it was small, and our a/c unit didn't seem to work, so our room was very humid. Our initial impression was bad, but in the end, our room and time here ended OK. The facility was very accommodating to us when we decided to leave a day early, and moved to another hotel a few train stops down the beach. The room and hotel in general was very European - smaller spaces, common restroom just down the hall from our room (we had a private bathroom, too, but could hear others using the public bathroom throughout the first evening), and the "lobby" was located on the second floor of the building. We would not choose to stay at this location in the future, but it was not the worst place we have stayed in our lives, either.

Great location, but not very impressed. Staff were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. Air conditioner didn’t work, had to go out and buy soap & shampoo, ran out of hot water, check-in/entry on the 2nd floor (no lift) required a 5 digit coded but we never were given one, Many other hotels in the area,

Hotel in a very good location, close to everything restaurants, shopping mall, to the tram, to the Promenade. Room is clean. But not sound-proof, you can hear everything fr the other rooms. We asked for the AC to be opened but staff said they don’t operate it until next month. She suggested to open the window, which we did but you can smell foul odor coming from outside probably drainage(?). There was also a smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Perfect Last-Minute Stay in Nice: We booked this hotel last minute for a quick stay in Nice, and it was absolutely perfect! The price was very affordable, and they made the experience even better with an easy early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. Although the room was small, it was exactly what we were looking for—clean, cozy, and ideal for a short pop-in stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for such a spontaneous booking. I would absolutely stay here again for a short visit. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, really central to explore Nice. The rooms are clean and spacious for such a central location. However, you have to climb to levels of stairs to get to reception. For anyone who has limited or reduced mobility this hotel is not for you as there is no lift. We were not aware of this and my father really struggled, not helped as it's dark. I wouldn't recommend breakfast here.. lots of lovely eating places very close by and there is just a small table in reception. No coffee / tea making facilities in the room. Not much storage space and not ironing facilities
