Love this place, has a great location, we returned for the 4th time to a junior suite upgrade which was lovely, the service at the roof top hat was also great, we had one afternoon at the pool and the new hot tub is a great feature, we will be back for a 5th, thanks again Paul and Michele

We spent here 3 nights in April, traveled as couple. Location is just perfect - 5 min from central train station, 7-10 min to the sea. Great panoramic view from the roof of the hotel. We had Standard room, it was OK, facing garden and because of that very quiet and perfect to have a nice sleep. The stuff was friendly. We were pleased to stay there.

I was happy relax in this hotel because that location is an awesome place. And I had a standard but very large room. The staff was a little bit tired but it's fine. I think the breakfast wasn't excellent, but it's ok.

We stayed as a family in the mercure nice hotel with my wife and 1 year old daughter. The room was really spacious and hotel had upgraded our room as we had a 1 year old. The bed was nice and soft, there was more added space for my daughter to run and play around. The location is very good as well on avenue jean medicin ,one of the main locations in nice with both promenade des anglais and promenade du pailon a short walk away. The hotel staff at the reception was very warm and courteous, always with a smile.... Just that breakfast menu needs more variety , same items get repeated...overall surely recommend this hotel for stay in Nice

The hotel is located just a few meter away from the Notre Dame, and also a shopping street is just few feet away. This is a heaven for a shopaholic for sure. The hotel is looked nice and clean, the room is not so large, but it is a good size for 2 people with a big flat screen tv. Only one thing that I don't like about this hotel is the size of the elevator, it is quite small although they have 4 of them. Other than that every thing is in a pretty good shape, the hotel' s staff is very nice and friendly. A free WIFI is very good through out the premise.

location is really good . near train station and not far from the beach. we stayed at march and a bit out of season . the room was large enough and clean. there was a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.fast check in and out. very good internet connection. rooftop bar had a nice view. i know this is not the best but is a good hotel and worth for your money.

Very Good 4 Star - Had a standard room that was nice, clean and totally noise free, no road sounds as it faced the rear garden - nothing to look at but very good for a nights sleep in a city centre. The bar on the top floor does very good food and the service was very good, albeit very few customers while we were there. Only 7 minutes from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk to the old town, or two minutes if you take the tram outside, only two stops. Not that many restaurants near by but we would recommend the lebanese beside the Notre Dame Church Le Socrates.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated as the lobby and my room seem very new which is always nice to see. I arrived late, and things were very organized, the 2 guys at reception handled the check-in quickly and efficiently, including having my emails to the hotel attached to my reservation which was organized. As Accor Platinum member, it was nice to be upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very nice, and large for a French hotel. There are doors and nice patio overlooking the street as well. There are many touches, that make the stay special, from drinks in the fridge, to welcome chocolates and drink. I thought that was very classy. If there was anything that I didn't like, it would be the bed. The beds are new along with the renovation, but are quite hard. I was told that there was a mattress topper on top, I looked and there actually is, but it is almost thickness of a towel. I believe some guests would like possibility of having thicker mattress topping to make it more comfortable. The room was a little warm for me, I believe the air conditioning may not be on yet for the season, however it was nice that the door to the patio could open for fresh air. As Platinum member, I don't believe there is a Business Lounge although you get a free drink coupon. And breakfast is not included unless you pay separately for it. I have one more night here, and in general enjoy the hotel and the location of the hotel which is very close to the train station and to Notre Dame church.

We stayed in this hotel in last days of Feb 2017. The hotel is located just few steps away from the Notre Dome Church and you can see the beautiful light play on it at nights. The hotel is a standard Novotel style hotel with classic design, coffee and tea in the room and more importantly with new rainfall shower. However it is location is excellent located in the most touristic street and shopping centers, just 200 meters away from Train station and about 700 meters from the main square of the city. You can find a lot of restaurants and fast foods just nearby. The staff are friendly and do their best to help you.

Location of the hotel very good and easy to locate..but service have to improve especially when dealing with customer multiracial or multi country...hotel 4 star but the service seem likes 3 to 2 star hotel
