Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed.

Nice stay!

Very warm welcome at the reception. Perfect location to visit the old city and spend time with friends on Napoleon street,lots of food and meal options. Rooms are perfect!

Lack of even very basic appliances. Very surprised that there was no fridge in the room. There wasn't any hair dryer, kettle nor cup in the room. We had to request each individual item from hotel staffs. Lacking all these had made staying in this hotel very inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and it is not too far to walk into the city. Whenever I requested further towels there were no issues. I had hoped the hotel staff would be more knowledgeable about getting to places - on the two occasions I asked for information to get somewhere it was incorrect and luckily someone on the tram helped us and put us on the correct tram to our destination.

This was a low-end hotel meant to be practical and to offer a somewhat reduced cost in an overly touristic city. However, a table in the room that has a size that allows where their guests to sit and feel a little comfortable will be good. Table is low and tiny. Their breakfast is good. The location also is good. You can walk to the train station and bus stop to go to Monaco. The hotel is clean enough. Just that more intelligence into re-organizing the room can make guests more comfortable. My son complained about the quality of the mattress of the single bed. He noticed the difference as soon as we go to another hotel.

Inside of the hotel is super clean, they maintain it well. They are just like the low cost airliners, everything is for a fee. They don’t provide water in the room but you can bring your own bottle and fill water from the lobby.

The hotel is clean and very simple. If only they provided hair dryer, electric kettle, coffee or tea in the room, that would've been nicer. The room is clean but it's just a bed and a bathroom. The only thing they provide in the hotel room is just towels.
