The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

I most liked the price. Hotels in Niagara on the Lake are very expensive in summer. I would stay here again. It was no frills but nice and clean. It took us a while to find the proper building but that was likely from not reading the signs properly.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that is accessible to Niagara on the lake or Niagara Falls this is definitely the place to be. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton but it’s a place to sleep and you’re not too far from Niagara Falls. The states are Niagara on the lake.
