Our "Redwood" Suite is a private one-bedroom unit located on our second story. The Redwood includes the entire 900sqft on the second floor with private bath, family room, billiards, kitchenette and king size bedroom. Situated in the historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We offer our guests:
- A quick response and clear communication during the booking process
- Easy electronic check in
- Master bedroom with King Size Bed in a Private Suite with security lock and fresh linens
- A Private 3pc Bathroom, shower, fresh towels, hairdryer, toiletries
- A mini kitchen area with complimentary water & coffee, bar fridge, microwave, sink

This cozy private suite is situated on our separate second story and can accommodate two people. Complete with separate entrance, huge family room for relaxing with sectional, television, portable speaker, pool table, kitchenette and 3pc bathroom and oversized master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in closet.
**Please note, we are unable to accommodate children or infants in this suite, without exception.
Another suite in our home is available for rent and can be booked in conjunction with this one (The Spruce Suite).
Sitting area on the front patio for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. These areas may be shared with the owners and other guests.
Other Things to Note:
- The TV supports streaming services, cable is provided, and guests must log in with their own accounts.
- As the owner resides in the house, some noise may be perceptible.
- We ask that noise is kept to a minimum to respect other guests.
- We supply guests with one towel set, bedding, pillows, extra blankets available

Wonderful Accommodations and Service
When planning our long weekend visit to NOTL, we wanted a place that would be comfortable to just hang out and relax when we weren’t out exploring. Not only did this provide us a beautiful living space for relaxing, but we loved spending time on the porch space. We must have mentioned that we would be in town to celebrate our anniversary, so the host greeted us with a bottle from one of the local wineries when we arrived. Already a great host, but that was above and beyond. We know where we will be staying anytime we visit NOTL in the future.

Fabulous property.
Just a wonderful stay at Broken Pine. We had the top floor and had all we needed. Very comfortable suite, new, fresh and very clean. Walking distance to Main Street with restaurants, pub and coffee shops. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great Space and Location
My wife and I enjoyed the upper suite for a great weekend getaway. The space was a great size and provided all that was needed. The bedroom was comfortable and the living space was very entertaining. The pool table was a great touch and the patio was perfect.
