チェックインするのに大変

全体的に良くないというのは、フロントがなく、ホテルをチェックインするのに大変苦労しました。家族で市内観光を終えたあと、ホテルに周辺に着くのは19時半頃、ホテルの部屋に入れた時間は21時超えていました。フロントがないことで、どこでどうすればいいか全くわからなく、連絡先の電話番号はホテルの番号ではなく、03から始まる日本コールセンターの電話番号でした。国際電話しているのにもかかわらず、20分以上に待たせたあと、ホテルの関係者と連絡繋がらなかったという返事のみ。正直一日遊んで、既に疲れていて、早くホテルに戻りたい気持ちいっぱいですが、国際電話かけて、しかも20分間も待たせて、このような返事がもらうのは怒りが溜まりません！結局何回か国際電話かけたか覚えていないが、入居できたのに１時間以上かかってしまいました。国際電話料金を請求したいぐらいです。 朝食は無料と記載してあったが、行ってみたら、中国団体のために作っているので、食事券が必要らしいです。その際にまた国際電話かけてコールセンターに確認しましたが、結局何の返事ももらえず、それ以上もう国際電話がごめんだと思って、朝食は自分で買いました。 部屋料金が安い分、施設内容は思ったより良かったのです。周りも中国旅行団体が多いため、店が少なくありません。 ホテルではなく、マンションです。玄関には警備員がいます。但し警備員に聞いても意味ないので、ご注意下さい。

施設自体にはフロントがないのですが、ビルのレセプションにカギを預けていただいたので、スムーズにチェックインできました。アパートメント型のホテルでは、一番の方法だと思いました。 チェックアウトも、電話で予約した時間にはオンタイムで来ていただけたので、助かりました。 また、英語もしっかり通じます。
