Ocean View is a cozy two story, three bedroom, one and a half bath cottage nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Easton's Point between Easton's (First) Beach and Sachuest (Second) Beach. Features ocean views from the second story deck and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the day at the beach. Fully equipped for all your vacation needs with all new furnishings. The main floor includes the living room with multiple pull-out couches, comfy seating, a new TV with cable and a gas fireplace for those cool summer nights. From the living room you enter the sunroom with water views, a queen size pull-out couch and door leading to the ground level, furnished outside deck. The dining area and kitchen are combined in a large open space. Looking to spend a quiet night in? This kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal including updated appliances, just bring the ingredients. On the second floor each of the three bedrooms has new wall mounted TVs with cable and premium movie channels and a seating area so you can escape to your own room. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and sliding glass door that leads directly onto the furnished second floor deck with ocean views including stunning sunsets you won't want to miss. The other two bedrooms each feature a full size bed and one also has direct access to the second story deck. With the three bedrooms and 3 main floor pull outs this property is able to sleep up to guests comfortably. Wrapping up the laundry list of amenities is a set of full size washer and dryer available for guest use. Ocean View is close to all the local attractions making it the perfect home base for your Newport escape. We look forward to seeing you!

The house was just what we needed, it had a lot of space and the setup was great. Well stocked and in a great location! There was one issue that popped up with the house before we checked in, but the host communicated well and worked to make it right. We'd definitely stay again.

This is our third time renting this house. The owner is always easily accessible when needed. The house is gorgeous and easily sleeps eight or nine people. Easy access to the beach and to downtown Newport.

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as what it’s shown in the pictures. All the rooms were impeccable, spacious, decor is on point!!! Location is perfect - everything is within 10 mins away.. lots of restaurants, ice cream places, beach is 4 mins (drive) down the road. We look forward to coming back next year - felt like if we were at home! My 9y/o and 6y/o daughters loved the house!!

Lovely home with all you need for a great vacation. This was my first time using Vrbo, and everything went smoothly. The house was beautiful and had everything mentioned in the description. It was a quick drive to beaches and to Newport. We especially loved having a sitting area downstairs as well as a deck upstairs as our group was large. Plenty of room for the teenagers to be on their own and some privacy for my husband and me.

This was one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed in. Quiet dead end street, clean upon arrival, tasteful decor, and fully stocked with essentials as if you were staying in a hotel. I really appreciated the cleanliness. Side note- for families…. You can walk to a playground! That was a nice bonus when there is some down time in the morning or evening after the beach.

Family vacation

House was a great size for our group. Lovely bedrooms. Great view from the top deck. Even though the weather was too wet for a great beach week, there was an amazing playground behind the house for my pre-K kids. Host provided lots of toiletries and towels. We did have to move the slippery rugs and table right away as they were hazardous to young kids. Walkable to the beach and great restaurants through the playground to a sidewalk.

Great Spot Right Near The Beach

This is was a fantastic spot for friends, family and I to stay right near the beach. It might look small from the pictures but it easily fit all 8 of us. Great location and yard to have as well for lawn games! Owner was super responsive and was able to get us checked in early for our stay. Thanks again!

We loved this house! Everything is well curated, the rooms have large roomy closets, high ceilings, temperature control, and luggage racks! We comfortably slept 7 people and had extra bed space. The outdoor spaces were comfy and cute! It felt more like a luxury boutique hotel than house rental. Highly recommend and the host was so communicative.
