The front toilet wouldn't stop running. There was a washcloth on the shower rod when we got there. Otherwise, an excellent trip. Great views, great weather.

Great location and view. Rooms generally comfortable. We came back in the fall after really enjoying a spring stay; we're disappointed that maintenance had slipped (e.g., one room fan broken, one room just stank).

This was a great place to gather together as a family! Beach access was super easy once we figured out the route, and the sound of the ocean makes it so easy just to chill out - just sit back and watch the waves roll in.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Lots of pillows and extra bath towels. The view was amazing! Plus, there is a great 9 hole golf course directly across the highway.

Great views!

My family and I had a great vacation! The beds were very comfortable. We checked in on 6/14 and checked out on 6/21. The only complaint was, the day before check out, a guy showed up at 9 am to repair the fireplace. He clomped around on the roof all day until 4pm. This is something that could have waited one more day.

Our stay was great, the views are amazing! I would suggest bringing games and toys, and they need a better house keeper. I had to vacuum and sweep the whole place when we arrived.

Beautiful view but not cleaned or prepared

Beautiful views but the house is a bit dated and it had not been prepared for our stay. Crumbs and toe nail clippings as well as dirty socks on the couch! The table cloth was stuck to the table, dishes in the dishwasher and the beds had not been completely change. There needs to be a better map to the beach - or a note that it is easier to drive to the public entrance less than a mile down the road.

Great stay, limited kitchen amenities

Loved everything about the stay but the kitchen was lacking a few items that would be helpful, like larger bowls, storage containers, basic seasonings/cooking oil. Also the garbage disposal was broken. The views were spectacular and it was a nice quiet location.

Property needs updating - carpets worn and curling at ends making them tripping hazards. Kitchen items very worn. All mattresses but king need replacing. Found black mold on cutting boards, toilets and around some window sills. The saving grace is the great view although that was somewhat diminished by the streaks of tree sap down the windows.

Outstanding Ocean View

The photos of the home and view were very accurate. The bed in the guest bedroom was old and not very comfortable. I called about the fireplace not working and had a very timely response in fixing it. However I also complained 3 times that the shower curtains in both bathrooms had mildew on them. They said they would replace them but we stayed 5 nights and they were never replaced. The home overall was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very disappointed in the fact the house had an odor of cooked bacon the entire time of our stay. We killed a large amount of flies and could not open our slider because there was not a screen and a couple of the other screens had holes in them. The walk to the beach was much longer than advertised I would not recommend this house to others.

Beautiful stay, bookmarked to come back!

We loved our stay here, and were completely enchanted by the view of the beach. The house was overall clean, the only reason it is not a 5 star is because the hot tub is shared between both the upstairs and downstairs units without instructions on how to clean between uses. And it seemed like on of the bathrooms hadn't been thoroughly cleaned since we saw opened shampoo + soap bottles on the ledge when we arrived. Management is super friendly and accommodating, we'll be coming back!
