Great place

This property was as advertised. Very clean and comfy. Great communication, as well. We werent in the place much , basically just to sleep, but nice area, we walked to a restaurant the 1st day. Only steps to the beach as well. Has a garage to park your car which was nice also. Overall excellent rental....

Great spring break getaway!

Family of four getting away for spring break beautiful easily accessible location to all the beaches and restaurants. We had a blast and it was all just outside our front door will definitely be back in the future with a planned outing to Catalina island so much to do and beautiful location.

Great place seconds from the beach

I had a set of meetings in Newport and usually stay at the lido house or a nearby hotelI really enjoyed this instead. It was great to have a kitchen and a garage. I walked and jogged along the beach everyday and took amazing photos of the sunrise and sunset. 100% recommend

Amazing location

This unit is right on off the beach - from the balcony you can see the ocean- literally steps from the sand - food - pier and so beach walking path! Loved this location - will definitely be back!

Family beach trip

Wonderful stay at this Newport Condo. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Most the time the kids and I walked to the sand barefoot. Had everything needed for a family of 5+. Great playground a 5 minute walk away and a grocery store less than a mile down the road. Will stay again!

Family Trip

Had a great time staying for a weekend at this condo. 3 spacious bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Location was everything, 1 house from the beach with beach views. 1 block from the main section with restaurants, bars, dessert, and coffee shops. Farmers market comes on Sunday. There was street noise and could hear if any of the neighbors in the complex were on their balconies hanging out but certainly some bedrooms quieter than others. Didn’t mess with anyone’s sleep but sensitive sleepers would be bothered.

Great location!!! So clean!

This is the perfect location! So close to everything. A few steps to the beach, and food right around the corner. The house was very clean! Comfy beds, great ac/heat, and we loved having a garage with beach chairs and toys! We definitely want to stay here again.

Great VRBO

Had an amazing time here. Super close to the beach, shopping, dining, and bike rentals. Unit had everything for kids to have fun at the beach. Garage parking was a plus!! Will come back again and stay!! Highly recommend!!

Great Location

Clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen, although we didn't cook much. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Too cold to go to the beach, but there were lots of good beach gear.

Stayed over Christmas. Great location walkable to everything. Updated and clean. Only complaint was garage keypad not working and directions on how to get into garage without confusing.. so did not have access to it.

Excellent place!!!

Amazing location for a girls trip
