Clean . Great location- steps to the beach. Well maintained with top of the line appliances. Wish there was a propane tank available to use the fire pit. I would go back for sure!

Wonderful vacation home!

We stayed at this wonderful vacation home over the Christmas holidays. Great place for our family to gather. Great location, close to the beach and a nice walk to Balboa Island. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to go back.

Lovely spot!

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting Newport Beach. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I would definitely stay there again. It has been beautifully updated and has wonderful bathrooms. The staff was helpful and easy to deal with. A gem!

Fantastic accommodations!

Thank you! The house was perfect for our stay this weekend. The beds were comfortable, the music throughout the house created a great vibe for our family & the kitchen was extremely clean. I would absolutely stay at this house again.

Annual family vacation NB

Very comfortable house for our family vacation! I suggest more bath towels and beach towels! Also , you need a salad bowl! All good and appreciate the hospitality!

Great house!

Beautiful house—exactly as pictured. Layout was great for us and our teenage kids. Nice having smart TVs, a few sitting areas, a large garage, an elevator, outside patio, and central air conditioning. Great for relaxing and lounging. Management was super responsive when we noticed that the tech tower/wifi was not working. They sent someone over in 15-30 min. Location was really convenient for the beach and many restaurants were a short drive away. We used as home base for a trip to Disney (30 min away) and to visit Claremont colleges. Great house overall—would rent it again!
