Enjoy Balboa Peninsula without the need to get in your car. Conveniently located, clean, disinfected and fully furnished with beach motif furniture. 1. Spacious lower level floor plan (VRBO#1605550) with huge open kitchen with Wolf stainless range/oven and Bosch dishwasher, dining room that seats 6 and inviting living room with vaulted ceiling. It's perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy ocean breezes from the front patio with BBQ. Master bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and a huge family room with flat screen TV; convenient inside laundry and attached indoor shared 2-car garage plus perpendicular space parking= room for additional vehicle--unheard of in Newport Beach.! 2. Second floor (VRBO#882327) has two large sunny bedrooms with a full bath and each has a flat screen TV. Family room has large flat screen TV and a huge sofa, chairs and tables. Outdoor second floor patio with BBQ. Full kitchen and separate entrance. Owner seeks to lease both levels of the duplex only to responsible tenant(s). Second Floor: rental January 1-May 31 and September 1 thru December 31 available.. First Floor: rental January 1-May 31 and September 1 to December 31. The most desirable summer months with lots of Newport Beach activities and unbelievable weather of June 1-August 31, 2019 are also being rented.
