We had an amazing time! We were there for my son’s wedding and it accommodated 13 of us comfortably. We rented both units. An extra bonus was the 2 minute walk to the beach and the beach bundle with chairs, blanket, towels, Yeti cooler with wheels and the wagon to carry everything was perfect! It was a wonderful stay!

The units were beautiful, exactly what you think of when you think of Newport Beach! The location and access to the beach were perfect. My husband and I, our grown children, and ourGrandchildren are looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Comfy stay ( good beds!) with plenty of room to hang out AND a 2minute walk to the beach. Lots of beach chairs and decent assortment of kitchen tools. Appreciative of fans in every room. Rented both upper & lower units. Worked out fine.

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our multiple family stay. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Parking can be a challenge but nothing that wasn't expected in Newport. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful property

The spaces were very welcoming and beautifully decorated. The kitchens were well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. They also had beach chairs and toys for enjoying a day on the beach and in the water. We all enjoyed our stay.

Newport Beach vacation

Overall the stay was nice. We had both upper & lower units. There should be more info on how many steps there are to upper unit for luggage & supplies. There are a lot of steps. The upper units living room & deck areas are beautiful. The view is gorgeous! The downstairs is a little darker. But is quite lovely. We had major problems with ants. In bed, in luggage, on counters, all over. It was gross. They did offer to come in & spray but we did not want to be in the unit while it’s being sprayed. Why wasnt this done ahead of time? We ultimately asked for a spray which helped upper unit but not so much for the lower. The coffee pot was broken. We went 2 days without as they had to order. It came without filters. We were told people provide their own filters - but how when no one knows what type of coffee machine & a new one being sent we had no idea. Once again we had to call to see if they could please see if they could provide and they did. The smoke detector in lower unit is broken. It kept going off randomly & it had to be disconnected. The shower in the upper unit in master is very small & the hot & cold handles go in opposite directions. We burned ourselves the water got SO hot and the cold handle went the opposite way. They should warn people how fast it gets hot & the handles are oddly placed. The beds were definitely comfortable and everything else was great!

It’s a great property. Also a perfect location. We actually had only one complaint which really had nothing to do with this place. Cars kept parking across from our garage so we couldn’t get in! It’s an intrinsic problem with no reflection on this property. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Newport Beach is awesome.

The perfect place

We loved everything about this home! We will definitely be staying here again next year when we come back for another work conference. We loved how we had 2 full functioning kitchens. The place itself was beautiful, clean and quaint. So nice to be close to the ocean. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything we could ask for

My entire family enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and well prepared. There was 13 of us staying and the only minor inconvenience is that both units do not connect inside. You access the upper level from a rear entrance. Again, it was only inconvenient because we had our 4 and 3 year old sleeping upstairs. Neighbors were friendly and the location is ideal. just a few steps to the beach. We would rent again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property! We rented both units (upper and lower), which were perfect to allow a space for kids to play/sleep upstairs while the adults carried on downstairs. The location is perfect, with instant access to the beach and an easy stroll (~30 minutes) down the strand to the restaurants/bars in Newport. The houses were well stocked, clean and just generally pleasant spaces. Would love to come back!

Everything and more

Our experience was everything and more. My family and I loved the fact that we had our own space, but we still were able to cook and eat meals together. We did not have to plan any trips to drive to the beach as it was only a block away! Check-in was easy and hassel free. We would definitely stay again... and again.

Great Beach House

Great house. We rented both top and bottom units. Check-in was very smooth and organized. Both units were clean, uncluttered, bright, and updated, as advertised. Kitchen had all the utensils you might need. I guess I would probably give our stay 4 3/4 stars with the hassle off some leaky plumbing. Management got on it right away, though, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Lovely Home

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs for an extended family vacation. Even though there are two separate entrances, t was a great place to gather and hang out. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other necessities. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We rented both units for a sister/cousin weekend. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room for eating together upstairs, downstairs and outside on the private patio. Dana was an excellent host and made our stay carefree. It was a great trip!

Everything we needed for a memorable family trip

We planned a family trip with relatives coming in from Chicago, Denver, St. Louis and LA. We booked both units and the space had *everything* we needed. From the boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, extra beach towels, grill, blender, washer and dryer units, board games - we took advantage of it all. Both the upstairs and downstairs kitchens open up to more space and seating right outside, which allowed us to comfortably eat meals together. With the beach being one block away, we felt like we were on the beach. Each night we walked over and watched the sunset over the ocean. We traveled with my elderly grandparents, and they were able to get around with ease and comfort. We also had my 2 toddler nieces, and they had plenty of space to play. If we ever had a question, it was conveniently answered in the detailed binder that the owners provided. We had such a great time and made so many memories. We’re already missing it and can’t wait to go back!

Ideal week at the beach!

It was our first stay on the California coast, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Three families of four, with various age children, and we all get to relax and enjoy the area. The house is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the bike path. We went to the beach or rode bikes every day. Fun to go to the pier and do some shopping. Mostly just relaxed, which is what the house is designed for. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would all definitely go back.

Great Vacation

This house is perfect for multiple families. We had 3 families and kids ages 6-18 and we had the best vacation. The house is in a perfect location and is very well stocked. Easy to walk to everything from grocery to restaurants to the beach. We loved it and highly recommend! Dana, the owner is super accommodating and very easy to work with.

Great week at the beach!

My family rented both the upper and lower units. We had a wonderful week at the beach. We loved how close we were to the beach and the beach equipment (chairs, shade umbrellas, sand buckets and shovels). We will come back to this property on our next visit!
