We had a great stay! The hotel is not new but very clean and well kept. Rooms are very neat, you have everything you need in the room. Surprisingly great selection for breakfast taking into consideration the pandemic. And the kitchen is open all day long so you can grab coffee or tea, or even some fruit or home baked cookies anytime you like. One minute walk and you’re at the beach, we didn’t use any but you can get beach gear at the hotel too. Parking was not an issue, we could find a spot almost every day of the stay, we had to park off premises only for one night, and if you pay for parking they will reimburse you. The hotel has a rooftop deck where you can eat breakfast with a nice view. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, beachy - design, lots of little perks like snacks and free boogie board usage... Rooms are comfy and beachy feeling. Rooftop deck has killer views - nice place to have a glass of wine. Great value in a fantastic location in Newport. Walk to all of the fun just a few blocks. Beach is right across the street.

This hotel is small, personal, friendly, and clean as a whistle (they even sweep the parking lot!). The beach is visible from the building and two minutes walk away, as are numerous restaurants and shops. Very nice! and nice people too.

The location was right across the street from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful . 24 hour a day coffee and chocolate chip cookies was a nice extra.
