Dirt and cobwebs on the floor in the room. Wasn’t a single space to park and the staff told us to double park behind someone. Very loud men talking right outside our door in the middle of the night for quite a while and papers were inserted through our door at late hours. Air conditioner kept turning off leaving room very warm. And not a single amenity. I’ve stayed at far better for far cheaper

No remote control for TV with the uncertainty of cable availability based on the optics of location. Lack of hot water in shower. Overall lack of warmness in room atmosphere. I’m sure there’s many more better options for the price that I paid.

I usually travel all around the world and order stuff to be delivered for me. Once I arrived at this hotel my packages was just sitting in the lobby. The guy at the fronts desk was ohhh those are yours? Next time don’t order nothing to be delivered here! And on top of that one of my boxes was missing.

Airport shuttle did not run... and an uber was $50 for a 6 min drive... i took a taxi and it was $36 from the airport... Trying to check in would have been easy if the staff member was in site. Had to wait 30mins for the person to show up. The standard hotel room would have been okay if not for the roaches in the washroom i seen upon entry.. they didnt even run and hide.just looked at me like why am i there. Overall i did not enjoy my time there and could not sleep with the lights off in fear of the pest that were in the room. Would never book them again

Well my room was on the first floor. The cleaning staff were very loud. The bathroom was not compatible to take a bath. I needed the airport shuttle to take me to the airport. It did not come when the front desk staff said it would so I had to take a uber.

My initial room reeked of a mix of mildew, Cuban cigars, and must. What’s more, the shower stall had a family of roaches convened around the floor drain. I took pictures and presented them to the front desk staff expeditiously. Immediately, the front desk personnel were apologetic, sympathetic to my plight, and responsive to my request for a room change. They obliged me and upgraded me room into a room on the 400-level, almost as if they had a standard procedure for these types of complaints. Nevertheless, the upgraded room was a noticeable improvement on the first room. No roaches, no smell, no noteworthy issues. Wish I could have gotten the upgraded room on the 400 level as my original room…this review would have been different. But nonetheless, here we are. Not a terrible motel, but unlikely to return. The staff is great, but the condition in some of the rooms needs work.
The lone roach I captured in the corner of the shower after they attempted to scatter once I turned the bathroom light on.

Luckily, I was only there for 5 hours on a layover. Old, run down, dirty. Phone didn't work, TV didn't work and no remote in the room, sidelights didn't work, toilet tank cracked.... Only reason I didn't give a "1" was the kind, and prompt, shuttle driver.
