Apartment was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the kitchen had coffee and sugar and bathroom had shampoo and body wash. Communication with property owner was easy an very prompt.

The property was very clean, spacious, and in a great location with nice shops nearby. The host was responsive and communicated promptly when contacted, which we appreciated.However, I was disappointed that the sleeping arrangements did not match the listing description. The property was advertised as having three beds (two bedrooms and a sofa bed), but when we tried to use the sofa bed, the springs were exposed and actually poked my child. The host did send an air mattress late at night as a replacement, but considering we paid over 600 for a stay that included three proper beds, this was not an acceptable solution. When we requested partial compensation, the host declined, saying the air mattress was “more comfortable anyway.”I also believe the damaged sofa bed should have been replaced, as it posed a safety concern. In addition, the TV in one of the bedrooms couldn’t be used due to remote issues.Overall, the location was nice, and aside from the bed situation, we enjoyed our stay—but I do feel the listing should be updated to reflect the true sleeping accommodations, and the sofa bed needs to be replaced for safety and accuracy.
