There was no hot water all night. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. As advertised in the pictures on the website. The floor was dirty, the bed. Sheets had burn marks in it. There was no heat in the room.They gave me a portable heater

The worst experience of my life. I arrived and they told me that someone had claimed my reservation. They left me without a room and I had to pay for a new one. I do not recommend this place.

I actually didn’t stay there and got a refund. It wasn’t in a desirable neighborhood and everything about it was seedy. I got to my room and turned on the tv and the first thing to come on was porn. Ok, nope. I got up and left immediately. Everything about the place wasn’t for me and m lifestyle.

Clean room, except the hot tub. We fill it up and when we started the water jets a lots of dirt came out of them.. we emptied out, clean it and tried again but the same happened. The receptionist was nice.
