There were stains on the bedsheets, as well as a spider on the ceiling. Not all rooms have smart tv and the one i got had 6 channels and did not even have good signal. The front desk does not even know which rooms have smart tv and which ones dont. The parking lot is unorganized and not enough spots, there are no safety parking signs on the floor for a structured parking. Cleaning staff look bothered when being asked for something. They also charge $25 if u stay past an hour after checkout.

I came in late last night and it was Zain who welcomed me with a bright smile and welcomed my with open arms. I had no cash or way to access my physical cards I was about to fall apart and he told me it would be ok not to worry about it. I slept so peacefully he was back again he was the perfect person behind the desk at the precise moment. He’s a treasure the hotel is nice art deco the shower was great and the beds very comfortable. Thank you so much for the welcome and a really nice clean space. 💝
