We loved our stay at the Westin. Our rooms were clean and comfy. We had a beautiful view of the city and a partial view of the river. The staff was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping was amazing. It was wonderful coming back to a clean room every evening. The location of the room was everything. It was quiet, but within walking distance of all the fun!

Because of The Westin Hotel located 3 minutes walking distance from the river, I consider this area as area around the hotel. And it's terrible. So many rats in dark time. The city, mayor or governor Must to do something. It never was like that. This hotel will never be attractive for me again if the situation stays the same!!!!!

A big warm shoutout to Concierge Daisy Haskell, all of the front desk staff and Manager Amanda. The only shocking factor was how rude the male bartenders or servers at Observatory Eleven were. Despite tipping heavily in cash and on our card they had a very condescending attitude towards hotel patrons which was very out of line. Everyone else at the hotel was so friendly and nice. I highly recommend it to everyone. Wonderful stay overall. Keep it up!

We arrived on Saturday around noon, the front desk staff 10/10 then I went into the restroom, very disappointed 1 stall was full of poop and the wash area trash was overflowing. Then went up to our room and I had forgotten my toothbrush, I seen one of the housekeeper's just asked "do you know if they offer complimentary toothbrushes"? She was downright RUDE!
