Comfortable Stay with Great Customer Service

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Mayfair in April 2025 for French Quarter Fest. The building smells nice & fresh when you enter. Our rental had one bedroom with a king bed, the other bedroom had 2 queen beds. There was plenty of shelves & hanging space for storing your clothes. Mattresses were just ok to me. Pillows were fine. The showers had plenty of hot water & good water pressure. Our room was a corner unit in the back of the building. We could hear many LOUD cars driving along Canal Street at night. We did not use the kitchen. It was stocked enough to cook in if you wanted to. The Mayfair will even get supplies for you if you wanted them to (for a fee). I felt the customer service was outstanding. The info they sent prior to our arrival was clear. I even asked if they would pick up an item for me & they were happy to do it! Occasionally we would see a team member in the building. If you need to reach them they can be reached by text or phone call. Luggage storage is also available which was handy for us on day of departure. There is also a bathroom on the main floor if you wanted to change clothes after you pick up your bags. Malin & Goetz bath products are provided - yummy smelling body wash, Shampoo, conditioner & LotionFor breakfast, we suggest you skip the popular Ruby Slipper right next door & walk a little down Canal to the Zesty Creole. You won’t be sorry.
