Pelham Hotel New Orleans, La

Nice room, close to everything, from Harrah's, to the outlet, to Canal & Bourbon street & I didn't think to far from the French Market. I will definitely be staying there a lot more.

We stayed in the newly renovated modern suites. They were absolutely amazing and very spacious. Highly recommend!

Great location—one block from Canal St and the French Quarter. Also an easy 1/2 mile to National World War II Museum. Beautiful hotel inside and out with very elegant furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, however we reserved two queens and i didn’t have a measuring tape but they seemed more like full beds. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting New Orleans!

It was nice. Pleasant stay and affordable. Sometimes the hallways could be a bit noisy but nothing too bad.

Nice hotel close to French Quarter and Riverwalk. Wife loved the room! (always a bonus)

Gray location. Beautiful hotel . Beautiful room.great service

Good location. Nice staff, clean rooms. I just don’t really like the smell in the hallways. But overall the hotel is nice.

it was perfect staff, room, location and price would stay again

Great hotel and location. Very friendly staff. Slight smell in the room but nothing too bad. Not very many wall outlets to plug in electronics to charge

Beautiful little hotel super close to the Fulton street shops, just across Canal from the French Quarter and a block from Harrahs. And even better, just above the Ruby Slipper! Clean, historical rooms with clean, comfy beds!

I expected to get a view because I was paying the highest rate, I didn't. It looked like someone had spilled a drink in my room, it was just a few drops, maid might have missed it. When I was checking in, the girl at the desk told me "just don't break anything"? I was surprised this is how she explained incidentals to me. I decided to stay an extra day, apparently no one told the maid. She walked in on me. Good thing I was dressed. They gave me the handicap assisted room for wheel chairs, I'm not handicapped. Despite all these short comings, I would stay there again.

Our room was really nice. Hotel is close to canal and the Harris Casino. That staff was very nice. I would recommend to everyone

All of the staff working were very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The Pelham Hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the casino, the French Quarter, the Garden District and all the museums. The hotel is quiet, homey and feels more like an apartment you've rented rather than a hotel room. The best breakfast restrauant is in the hotel building: The Ruby Slipper.

This hotel looks really nice in pictures.. which is actually why I chose it. I thought it looked more southern.. classy. In reality, the lobby/elevators and rooms smell like mildew. My friend also had a room and her room smelled less like mildew than mine did.. but we both agreed on the public areas smelling. The hotel staff was not that nice to either of us. She asked for more toilet paper, I asked for help on how to operate the shower. The elevator is the slowest elevator we have ever experienced. And the stairs are blocked off, so we can't use those. I also found the walls very thin.. I could hear everything in the room next to me. Not cool.

Great place within walking distance of most anything. Ornate accents and character. Staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you don't get an interior room unless you don't want a window. Ours was supper quiet and dark, but felt a little cloister phobic

We stayed here for two nights, needed an extra night and ended up Priceline-ing the Mariott for the third night. The location is great! Despite some awful construction on the roads, it is located near to a lot of great restaurants, and walking distance to the Quarter. The room is TINY with a TINY bathroom and two chairs. There are no other amenities, save a newspaper in the morning. Coffee is a Keurig in the lobby only. One elevator is a bit musty smelling (there are only two elevators). Overall an ok place to stay, but two nights was our max!

The location is great. Room was very dark and small.

We arrived a little after noon for check in and had no problem getting our room. Our car was valet parked until 4pm the next day for $38. The room was an interior room with great appeal. I loved the classic marble tile in the bathroom and the Keurig in the room. I requested decaf pods and they were delivered to the room. The front desk kept our luggage after check out so we could wonder around the French quarter. It was about a 10 minute easy walk to Jackson square. I would definitely stay here again.
