No food or beverage on site, restaurant closed, $42 to park, no coffee in room, no check out statement, vagrants loitering in lobby and by front door, Homeless people living on street by hotel, no hot water, one of two elevators out of service, face mask policy in common areas of hotel not enforced, inattentive front desk staff, took over 30 minutes to get car from valet on departure day. Did not feel welcome. Never again will I stay there

The bathroom was the best that I have seen. The lighting and the shower was just amazing. The room was spacious with plenty of natural lighting.

I can’t say anything but good things about this hotel! The only thing I didn’t like was the no window thing. I’m very claustrophobic so this was a challenge for me but besides that the room itself was impeccable!!

The hotel is what you would picture when visiting the FQ. Amenities wise, it is a very basic hotel, but great location if you are just looking for a clean and historic place to sleep during your time in NOLA.

This property was the perfect location. 10 minute walking distance to New Orleans attractions (WW2 museum, outlet mall, river walk, French quarter, bourbon street). The hotel was a small room but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location is great, within walking distance to Canal Street, Harrah's, Bourbon, the area is not loud, beds were great. This is our second time staying at this property

Good location. Real close to everything happening in the French Quarter and near multiple streetcar stops. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and attentive. Everything was walking distance which made it super convenient. Great place to stay.

It was clean and well priced. Location was good as well

Great stay. Awesome room!!! Friendly staff!!! Will stay again.

Clean the bathrooms after every guest. Water pressure needs increased

I hate there wasn’t a pool, but other than that, I genuinely enjoyed my stay at The Pelham.
