Stay comfortably in New Orleans at this 2-bedroom condo, 1 full bath condo. The space features 2 queen beds, AC, WiFi, smart TVs in both bedrooms & livingroom, & a full kitchen, Brand new couch, new mattresses & updated appliances . The condo is 1 block from the French Quarter, next to beautiful Armstrong Park. The building entrance is gated for extra security. We also have limited off street parking available; you must request a spot when booking if you need one. We think our place will help you experience everything New Orleans has to offer.

Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. There is also ample street parking.

Minimum stays: On weekends (Friday & Saturday night, there is a 2 night minimum unless we approve less prior to booking. For special events (Jazz fest, Mardi Gras, NYE, 4th of July, there is a 3-4 night minimum.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel.

They stay was horrible to the point we did not stay there 15 minutes. The place was nothing lile the pictures. We got there it eas dark, so we used our cell phones to find the place. Other apartments you could see had been in a possible fire or some alternative because the place was boarded up. Inside the place was not clean, beds was wrinkled so it looked like someone had laid there. Things was nroken (button on gas stove, drawers on the bedroom furniture, cabinets in the kitchen). There was hige bugs break dancing on the floor. The host would not respond to us when we was there because we called with 5 minutes of getting there and turning on the lights. Overall a terrible experience.

The neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe. The host was great to work with, very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions. In walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter.
