Took a long weekend in Nola. This hotel was perfect location and clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying here next time.

The key to this hotel is its proximity to the tourist hot spots. It's on the corner of Canal Street and Bourbon. The accommodations are well in line with what you pay for a night. The critical failure on their part is their wifi. We stayed for eight nights and the wifi worked two of those days. On most days it didn't even come up as an option. This is a deal breaker.

Right on bourbon and canal street, perfect for entertainment. Parking was pricey and not on site

Right on Bourbon Street, perfect location. Staff was great. Restaurant and bar right in hotel and very good service

The hotel was more than I expected. My room was spacious and very quiet. I thought since we were so close to Bourbon street that it would be noisy but it was not. Everything you need is at walking distance. I was very elated with our stay and I would happily return.

was given a room that already had guest in it but was given another room when we went bact to front dest to tell them the hotel is great inside but on the street outside is a constant flow of drug dealers and drug addicts that live in front of the hotel it makes the great hotel scary

After reading reviews I was nervous to stay here..however this hotel was very nice. It was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Close enough to enjoy a night out on Bourbon but far enough away where you don't hear the madness when you're trying to sleep. Room was average but comfortable. Overall would recommend to a friend.

I had a very good experience at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel. The convenient location to the French Quarter, clean facilities, and friendly customer service are signs of a well managed hotel!

We always stay at the Astor-great location. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

Bed could be a little more comfortable. But had a good experience even though it was Mardi Gras weekend and everything was super crowded.

Walking distance to the Big Easy attractions...quiet, relaxing accommodations. Nice pub as well.

We stayed at the corner of bourbon street.. easy to get around

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was extremely friendly. The room was great. The best part was the location. We were walking distance from every place we wanted to visit. Amazing stay!

Good location , good staff ,nice bar & restaurant right in the French quarter.

excellent location, old facility, not really quiet. We changed two times and finally got a room can fall asleep.

Great location, walking didn't s to most places. Only complaint would be the beds being a little rough on our backs. Other than that, a decent stay.

the location was a short walk, and there were many amenities around.

Overall comfortable and positive experience Room could have been vacuumed better.

Took over an hour to return car after checkout. This needs improvement and will be a factor in staying again.

We checked in and went up to our room. When we opened the door there was another guest who was naked in out room. We promptly closed the door and left. When we discussed the issue with the front desk staff, they acted confused and called a manager over. The manager gave us a different room and promised to look into the matter and give us a call. We never received the call. When we tried to discuss it again we were told the manager was not in any longer. All weekend I was scared that this would happen to us and left the door triple locked. Secondly, the hotel staff was extremely rude and slow on processing requests. Finally, the valet during checkout took over an hour. We had to wait outside for over an hour before we could even leave the hotel and get back home. Oh, and there was a BDSM conference that they did not let us know about. All weekend people were walking around in latex and all sorts of risqué attire. The whole weekend was completely unsettling.
