The room did have some issues, but they were addressed right away the first day of our stay, but on the 3rd day not so much. Our room ran out of toilet paper and there were no extras in the room. It took almost an hour to get an extra roll in the room. I ran into two different housekeepers and neither one had any extra on their cart. Which i thought was odd. A supervisor had to get involved.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful from beginning to end. The location was amazing it was right around the corner from Bourbon Street and a ton of restaurants and shopping. 10/10 definitely recommend and will be staying again!!

Property is in a great spot, the restaurant and bartenders are awesome. The shower could have been way better. Part of it was held together with a hose clamp. Gym shower was missing the entire shower head so couldn’t use that. Gym was great for a hotel gym. Pool area was great as well.

I did not like how the pool and the balcony over Bourbon Street was closed at 10pm. I feel like it should be open to adults after hours when kids aren't avaliable.
