Hotel was very nice. Had a wonderful dinner with great service in the bar. All of the staff I encountered was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Nice hotel the customer service omg i give 10 point place nice and clean easy to get back the high way.

The hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating.

Quiet nice cozy no problems and yes would go back again

Parking - the hotel charges $10.00 per day to park. The parking deck is across the street behind the hotel. After you are charged the parking fee, the hotel desk clerks and the parking attendents can't clearly explain how the parking tickets is authorized (validated).

Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

I stayed here with my husband during a trip to visit my company's main office in town. The location allowed me to walk back and forth. The stay was generally ok. The hotel felt like it was experiencing a lull. Staff numbers appeared to be low although adequate to cover guest needs without too much of a delay. Similarly, the morning buffet that was part of my reservation was not held. We were offered a specific menu selection as a substitution. I asked if I could substitute something of lesser value but the manager said no. Other than that I wish the room featured a refrigerator for personal use so that we could have stored leftovers from a meal we had in town.

Was a perfect hotel for our one night stay. Close shuttle bus to Seaside Park for The Gathering Of The Vibes!

The hotel and staff was nice and very close walking distance to Webster bank arena.

This hotel is a great value. It's unfortunate it is located in a city that has negative connotations surrounding it. Nonetheless, it is clean, secure with a nice restaurant and bar inside. Front Desk staff was friendly. Hotel should do a better job of informing people ahead of time about parking ($10 per day in neighboring garage).

The hotel was quiet and clean as I expected I've stayed there before and I've always liked my accommodations there. Plus it's close to the train station.

Over all it was a great stay. Nice clean rooms with beautiful natural light. I was a little disappointed because there was only one elevator working and the wait for that elevator with room became annoying. Also I called the front desk to inquire about hertz rental and I was told to google it because the front desk doesn't keep that information. The hertz office is right around the corner so she could have opened the door and asked instead of suggesting I should look it up on my own.

This hotel worked out great for my reunion. Close enough that it only cost $20 for a cab ride over to Fairfield so we didn't have to worry about having a few cocktails.

Although Bridgeport isn't the most exciting city, the hotel's location couldn't be better in terms of being in the center and within walking distance to anything interesting downtown. The hotel is clean and well-run; no significant complaints other than the usual "corporate" look that is standard in so many business hotels.

Great experience, very clean room, friendly stuff. Dining in the hotel restaurant was pretty good, but could have been more choices for breakfast.

The hotel location is not bad. I just don't like the parking because it is not located in the hotel. I have to walk across the street and the weather is cold. Plus bridge port is a little bit dangerous town for me. However, inside the hotel is very nice. Hotel smell is really good and refreshing. Staff is friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is good because of bed comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel was decent....clean...with a fairly good restaurant...the room amenities were not so great....ice machine on my floor was broken....coffee but no tea in the room....the neighborhood is not one where you want to be out at night. There is really nothing in the area to walk to....but a decent place to get a nights sleep.

Check in easy, car safe but was surprised that we have to pay for parking, that should be included in rate of hotel room or at least comp. Room clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was easy to find had secure garage parking. Check in was quick and personnel were very helpful with directions and entertainment advice. Hotel was very clean. There recient update was excellent. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay and would stay here again.

Great location just around the corner from the amtrak station. Good rooms, well maintained, friendly staff.
