Under renovation, water shut off in morning without notification

Convenient and clean however the rooms especially the bathrooms could use a bit updating.

I would typically give this hotel s good rating as we stay a few times a year at this place. However on this trip the room smelled like chlorax and the bed wmconfort was horrible. I think the beds are just old and need to be replaced.

A step above the Circle Inn, nicer rooms, better breakfast

I stayed four nights in Fairfield. This hotel was the least expensive of local hotels and had everything I needed. It has all the basics but not much beyond that. Queen room was very small. Everything worked though you would be hard pressed to find anything to rave about. Best thing, as I said, was the price. Everything was adequate but no staff member went an extra step. One day, the cleaning staff did not clean my room. They came immediately when I called the front desk to report that but my plan to rest for 30 minutes was no longer possible. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Despite all the negative, I would probably stay here again when I'm in Fairfield.

Decent room. Stay was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

The only negative response is the hot water in the shower. It changed every few seconds making it a very uncomfortable shower. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was in a great location close to Fair Field University.

Hotel met every expectation and more. I would book with this hotel again in the future.

Hi, overall I would recommend staying here for a overnight stay, the breakfast was actually pretty good since there were many choices in a small area. I had a late check in and the parking can get a bit cramped depending what time you check in. Room was clean, bathroom all well kept and I slept comfortably. The front desk was helpful.

Really Small Room. Right near highway - woke up at 3Am to the sound of trucks rumbling across i 95.

Usually I stay at this hotel once a week just to get away. I have enjoyed every stay so far. Having breakfast included is a bonus that I really enjoy.

This was my third stay here at this HOTEL. I have no complains what so ever. Everytime , the rooms are so clean, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the staff is great. I also really like that breakfast is included,

Location is very good. access to food / restaurants very close. Room very average but was clean and had a fridge. Front desk staff was great

I booked one night to stay since I was in town for a business trip. For that purpose, the hotel suited my needs. The room was a bit on the small side and the fitness room was as well, but it was good for just one night on business. The room was clean too, which was important.

I had a confirmed reservation for a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower as I was traveling here with my 99-1/2 year old disabled mother. We arrived at 7 pm and were told by the desk clerk, Jessica, that there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. When I insisted she finally DID find the reservation but had already sold her available rooms to WALK-INS. She did NOTHING to correct HER error and told me to go down the road to another hotel. I will NEVER book with this hotel again. There is NO EXCUSE for this level of incompetence in the "hospitality" industry.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and consistently receive good service. The location is close to I-95 if you're traveling, yet I have never heard any noise from traffic. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the wi-fi is free. While it is not a luxury hotel, it provides a quality hotel experience at a reasonable price.

Morning breakfast was excellent and made a good start for my days. Saved me time and money.

Very nice hotel. Rooms was clean, continental breakfast was nice, close to a few nice restaurants. I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel needs to focus on customer service and upgrade the basics such as bedding and mattresses. The staff was not interested in going the extra mile and when the boiler went out (read: no hot water) the front desk was not willing to offer any type of concession for the inconvenience of the situation. The rooms are small and for the money (comparable to other hotels five miles away) a guest would be well served to drive the extra five miles.
