Worst stay ever, got no sleep due A/C making loud noise room 306

My room was full of crickets and other bugs every time I came back to the hotel. The desk clerk just handed me a broom to get them out the door and refused to let me change rooms, despite the fact that all the rooms were empty! There was only one other car in the parking lot at midnight.

Sketchy people in parking lot all night. Room smelled like a public bathroom. And loud people all night.

No good, bad cleaner, bad conditions, poor Hotel, rooms with bad clean. Clean -10 Personal -8 Rooms conditions -10 Breakfast -8 Noise in the room -10 Bathrooms -9

the room was beat up. the carpet was nasty. the bathroom was clean, but a wreck. we just needed a bed and shower, we knew what we were going to get.

Try somewhere else ..spend the extra cash. Cigarette burns on the blankets, black long hairs all over the clean towels and condom wrappers stuffed behind the bedside clock. Don't do it

Hotel was what we expected it to be. The rooms were clean. Hotel is older and needs updates and new carpets . Over all I feel we got what we paid for. The free breakfast is very limited but it is free. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds need updating bad.

My husband and I have never stayed in a Red Roof Inn before, so we didn't know what to expect. The front desk clerk was very nice and courteous. We got to our room and we were impressed by the size, it was bigger than we had expected and the bathroom was a good size. The room was clean. The morning complimentary breakfast was cereal, coffee, orange juice, and assorted pastries, I feel the most basic but it satisfied myself and my two hungry children. Leaving the hotel was easy because it is located off of I35 north. Yes I would stay here again.

I definitely recommend this hotel in New Braunfels, Texas. Basically, I like to stay here because it's close to Texas State. Only 25 minutes from college and 15 minutes from San Marcos Outlets. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, great staff and safe location.

Was ok to stay. Just kind of still outdated a bit. Bed was ok. But for what the price is what you pay for also a little on the loud side.

Just needed a place to crash so I did not have to drive home. Served my needs perfectly.

every thing i needed for my business trip clean, quiet, close to work

This hotel was okay didn't have any problems. We stayed to go tubing and for canyon lake.

Very basic, clean room, continental breakfast not great, too expensive for the low quality but it was memorial weekend. If you just need an overnight, then you're covered. Not for comfort extensive vacation stay.

Passwords for wifi did not work. Numerous invalid logons for wifi. AC unit in dining area not working, very hot. Breakfast very limited.

No complaints other than no coffe maker or microfridge in room. I didnt even realize there were rooms that still did this. They were also a little stingy on the breakfast but the workers were very nice.

It was only 2 stars, and it lived up to that rating. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall -- oh, because there wasn't enough room to sit on the toilet if it were attached! Water would not drain from the tub. Awful mattress on one bed. Just a few little things.

great staff, early breakfast , quiet comfortable room, close to work

One of our hotels we stay to get away but the room wasn't clean found needle caps behind bed when plugging in phone charger, for got toothpaste n front desk didn't have, on bed blanket found like an animal skin stuck to it was nasty seen that till morning! Wasn't pleasant stay, while parking another guest asking if we smoked but not cigarettes. Didn't enjoy our stay this time and with the use of needles being used n what ever was on bed blanket we wont be staying there again and we get out weekly basis to have our time sway from kids n home n enjoy quiet time.

very friendly clerk, comfortable, quiet room, very clean. every thing I needed for my business trip
