Upon walking into our room we spotted a bug in the hall then opening our door we saw a small roach like bug on the wall in our room. Then walked into bathroom and saw a small roach in sink & on the toilet. The comforter had something that resembles semen or super glue in two spots. We definitely won’t be back

No hot water in the shower, only sugared oatmeal at breakfast

The walls were dirty and stained, the corners had dust/trash in them. The breakfast was nothing like in the picture that I saw online. The walls and floors are really thin, we had someone above us; and they had to have had small children; but we could hear every step, jump, run, kick... It was very disturbing when trying to sleep. I guess I was only paying for convenience of being close to the water park. Definitely not worth $400 for 2 days, more like $90/day. Oh and the WiFi was slower than our own data. It's not what I'm used to for that price.

Our room was full of aunts, the property owner came in and fogged our room with bug spray to the point we could not breathe. Had to leave the hotel and get another room. They refused to give us a reimbursement.

I booked this hotel because it was a fair price. We did not feel very welcome at this business and the staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend staying at this location.

The room smelling musky

The AC in the room was not cooling after the first night. The mini fridge barely kept anything cold. The bathroom sink held water and did not drain properly.

Clean place. Our blow dryer didn’t work room 308. Quiet and we got some good sleep. Breakfast was good too.

Just an old hotel that has had some fresh paint thrown on it. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very musty smell. It was warm in the lobby area/hallway, so my guess is they were trying to save a little money by not running the A/C - apparently oblivious to the fact you need to run A/C to turn the air over enough to keep from having the musty smell. The carpets in the hallways were stained and probably added to the bad smell. When we entered our room, we were greeted by a bug in the bathroom. I also noticed some shoddy repairs to the tub - caulking around the fixtures looked like it was done by my 4 yr old grandson. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper and was partially clogged and had a sewer smell when you got near it. A painting was missing from a wall in our room. There were also several places where the walls had apparently been patched, but the texture didn't match at all - again, a half-hearted attempt at a repair. The sheets and pillows were so wrinkled, it was difficult to tell if they had been washed/replaced after the last guests. So much so, that my wife refused to use them - she slept on top of them using a towel and jacket to cover up. To sum it up, it just looks like the owners are spending the minimum on upkeep and repairs - possibly trying to do it themselves. The name of this hotel is Microtel Inn & Suites "BY WYNDHAM". I am surprised that Wyndham would put their name on it. The staff was very nice - too bad hotel was not.

Loved that we were so close to everything, but then, it is a small town. Room was exactly what you expect. Beds were quite comfortable! It was quiet, and I had waffles every morning. I'll absolutely stay there again

The facility is older, the room was clean and nice. Lobby, dining area needs cleaning.

Worst staff ever! Guy was trying to charge me $50 for my service dog. You’re better off going anywhere else but here.
