Disappointing apartment with expensive cleaning

We only stayed there for two nights. It charged about extra $250 for cleaning the rooms of the size of two bedrooms apartment. Additionally, it is still required the tenant to dump the trashes by our self and washed all dishes before departing. Otherwise, there will be $50 charge of each event on top of that over $250 cleaning fee. The picture on the web is misleading. This is a very old apartment building. You can smell the old material in the apartment. It shall reflect the real situation of the apartment other than put on the edited pictures to track tenants. I will not suggest to visiting it again even we are quite close from Houston.
