50th birthday .,

We love it! It’s so warming and comfortable.. perfect surprising 50th for my partner . His family came to surprised him from Missouri .. and the friends house party only 7 minute away.. Absolutely perfect planing kept secret for 3 months! .. dishwasher wasn’t working when we left ..communication with the owner champ! It’s a rate 10 for overall!

Barn Haus

We had a great time and were well accommodated. Super friendly hosts! This is in a neighborhood, so please be kind, courteous and mindful of privacy toward the neighbors that live in their homes. The total price was quite a bit more than I thought I would be paying, but it was a great place to stay.

Perfect!

The location was excellent. A few minutes out of the “in town” traffic but still close to so much stuff (including Schlitterbaun). The home has a very spacious feel and the beds are super comfortable. We completely enjoyed our stay!

A great night's sleep!

What a super cute place! Very clean and nicely decorated that made for a very friendly environment. Every little detail was thought of in this rental, even down to the black out curtains for a good nights sleep! There is plenty of space for everyone. We highly recommend the Barn Haus!

Weekend in NB

Barn Haus was exactly what our family needed for a comfortable and fun stay in New Braunfels while visiting family. The layout worked really well to give everyone the space they needed. I was amazed how many supplies/conveniences and games were available to make the stay even easier. We plan to be back and hope to check out the pool next time (such a nice perk, weather just didn’t cooperate for us)!

Pre-wedding Paradise

Our stay at the BarnHaus couldn’t have gone any smoother. We rented the house to use the week preceding our wedding to house my family coming in from Indiana. They came in early and Jesse accommodated. That house was exactly what we needed, it had everything from laundry soap to a toaster- which sound silly but grandma needed to laundry and we apparently are a big toast family! We utilized every inch of space doing wedding projects until 2am each night. The house was filled with helpful, joyful energy every day and there’s nothing that beats that when you’ve been away from your family for a while. We even got trick or treaters during our stay! There’s not a single thing we needed that the BarnHaus didn’t provide and when it came time to check out, Jesse accommodated again. It’s not easy to get 8 people and a weddings worth of stuff out quickly! Everyone that stayed loved the beds and the pillows especially. We all loved the decor and the beautiful design of the home. I’ve stayed a lot of places and I can confidently say this is my best experience to date. I would stay here over and over. Jesse made the pre wedding week stay stress free and more than took care of us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and hospitality!

Wonderful

The house was beautiful, clean and well decorated. The communication was five star! The garage door got stuck and the owner was on it and they fixed it right away. The house was conveniently located from Schlitterbahn to the river activities. The only downfall for us was the 106 temps since we are not from TX.

Cute farmhouse

The house was very clean, great location. We loved this house so much and Jesse the property manager was very responsive. It’s a great place to stay so close to schlitterbon, the river and canyon lake. It’s such a great house!

A beautiful barn haus!

Everything about the barn haus was wonderful. It was spotless upon check in and we had plenty of room to spread out. My 2 kids (ages 10 & 13) got to enjoy some time in the pool. Beds were comfy, neighborhood is safe and quiet, the hosts were very responsive and so kind. Next time we come to visit my grandparents in NB we will hope to stay here!
