This place was perfect! Location is great, close to everything but out of the way of hustle and bustle. The unit was nicely laid out; LOVE the huge sectional. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a great time. We booked last minute and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back. The only issue we had on property is someone parked in our reserved spot but it was quickly handled when we called and reported it.

Perfect for our last minute river trip!

We booked this property very last minute on a holiday weekend, and it was great! We had a fabulous time, the location was awesome. We didn’t spend much time in the unit (too busy enjoying the river!) but it had everything we needed and the resort itself is very nice, with great pools. Would love to stay again!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed night swimming in the pools and easy access to river outfitters. Kitchen was stocked for our needs. Used the dryer to refresh pool towels. Blankets for cuddling during movie nights would have been welcome.

Ok but could be better

I have stayed at many rentals and booked this one last minute as we wanted to extend our vacation. The booking process was fine and the check-in was easy. The unit had some issues.. flickering lights in the guest bedroom and bathroom, doors off track in guest bedroom, broken light outside, and tv in guest bedroom not working. I did report these to the management company and they did send out maintenance personnel. They were responsive and quick. I would, however, chose a different condo for future stays. The unit needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our family of 5. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was nice to be on the ground floor and not having to take the tubes upstairs. It was wonderful that the unit had tubes included! The river area at the condo was perfect for my boys to enjoy a little rapids, and we enjoyed relaxing in chairs in the water. It was a 10 minute walk up the street and through the park to get in the river, and it was a little over an hour slow and relaxing float back to the condo. I would be happy to come back here again! FYI, this unit did not have extra linens and blankets, so you like to have extra make sure to pack some.

New Braunfels Condo

The condo was nicely furnished and matched the pictures online perfectly. The WiFi did not work the first night but was repaired by late morning the following day. This did present a problem for our son who had a summer class assignment to turn in that night so he had to go to a Starbucks to submit it. The location within the neighborhood is close to the front but the view of the patio is onto a parking lot and the assigned parking spot was very difficult to pull into each time. I would rent in this same neighborhood again, but would select another unit due to the location, lack of counterspace in the the bathrooms, and the WiFi inconvenience.
