The weight room all 3 machines dint work , pool was to dirty not the best hotel

The experience was not good. Upon discovering the pool was unusable I asked to be move to a sister hotel nearby and the front desk staff & manager gave no support and told me to just take care of it on my own! This place gets a "F" in my grading system. I did however get great support from a guy named Walter at corporate when I called to find a solution to the situation.

Was what I expected Comfort Suites & Inn are reliable and standards are consistent.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and spacious plus the bed was comfortable. The small closet was jammed so I couldn't hang my clothes which was an annoyance but not a big deal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the interiors have recently been re-done - so recently that our room didn't appear to be quite done yet! Instead of finishing the last couple of items, they put a sign on the desk apologizing. I guess that was easier. All told, this could be a high-value motel. Nice updated decor moves it up. A few glitches, though. First, no towel bar? Really? Second, the key cards wouldn't work more than once, meaning repeated trips to the desk to get them re-programmed. Third, no elevator. How do they get the cleaning cart upstairs? Finally - and most critically - bad road noise. They should have spent money on new windows with double-paned glass. I kept thinking the window was actually OPEN the noise was so clear! Tip: get a room on the south side, it faces somewhat away from the freeway (mine was on the north). Other than the road noise, I'd recommend this as a clean, average, nicely-decorated room.

Very out-dated and old. No elevators, beds weren't comfortable, staff didn't clean out trash cans when cleaning. Breakfast isn't served long enough. Staff at check-in and check-out were nice. Location was nice, easy to get to. Air conditioner wouldn't cool the room off, kept shutting off.

This was a convenient locaation for an overnight stay. The staff was nice and rooms were comfortable.
