This older home with charm, is minutes from the airport, a grocery store, restaurants, the marina, and downtown Newbern. You will be a short drive from two rivers with one being a 5-minute walk from the home. Each bedroom either has an in-room bathroom or is located right next to one. Each bedroom has a queen or king-size bed as well as TVs in all rooms. Four total steps are located at different points within the home, ceilings 8ft as a warning to my 6-foot-tall folks around the ceiling fans. This home is very cozy and conveniently located.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Truly your home away from home

This property was perfect. The location could not have been better. My husband mother-in-law and brother-in-law came to visit our daughter, we had a very nice room with our own full bathroom, as did both mom and brother. Every convenience including streaming services on the televisions. Communication with management was spot on. Thank you for a great visit, we will be back for sure.
