I had a fantastic stay at this property! Angela, the owner, was incredibly friendly and checked on all the guests during breakfast. The outdoor space and patio were perfect for watching the hot air balloons rise in the morning. Even though we were leaving early at 4 am, the staff prepared a delicious breakfast sandwich for us. It’s these thoughtful touches that make this place so special. Highly recommend!

The Taskonak Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are warm, helpful and hospitable. The area of the hotel is a short walk to the main strip, and is close to restaurants. The hotel boasts an impressive and comfortable rooftop terrace, with views of the town. Breakfast is a part of the experience. The chefs are excellent, and the spread is vast- best in Türkiye. Our only piece of feedback would be to put a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels to hang off, but other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

This hotel is perfect for viewing balloons and you can walk to the local shops restaurant and cafes. The owner Angela is a delight and very helpful with information on where to go and what to do. Breakfast was delicious with amazing home made cakes etc. highly recommend. The cave rooms are beautiful.

This cave hotel was everything we wanted and then some! The owner, Angela, was a wealth of information and easily sets up any tours you may want to take. She also took time to walk around throughout the day to visit with everyone as they were dining on the terrace to make sure everything was going well for everyone.

Great location, walkable to the main area in Goreme. The views from the terrace are amazing, perfect for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise. I stayed in two different rooms and both were very clean. I would stay here again.

Home away from home and a few centuries ago

The warmth and hospitality of made it very homely and comfortable. Berat was well-versed in English which made communication so smooth. The airport pickup sent by them was very very reasonable! Highly recommend it. Moreover, they gave me and my cousin a room upgrade for free with an attached bathroom. Though cramped, the rooms give you a true cave experience. It is a family run business who were were happy to guide me during my time there. Loved the service. Would definitely visit again

Very enjoyable stay! Charming stone room, very clean & comfortable. Added bonus was the mini fridge, jug & tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Goreme. Very hospitable hosts who were kind enough to offer us breakfast & early check in as our overnight bus had us arriving in Goreme well before check in (absolutely did not expect this so we were very grateful!). Nice roof top terrace. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

BEST HOTEL EVER.

I felt like I was in a piece of heaven. This specific cave hotel helped me escape reality and relax/enjoy my time in Cappadocia. The family who runs this hotel is SO sweet and so welcoming, I felt as though I was staying at a relative’s place. The morning breakfast is phenomenal and the view is absolutely breath taking. The room was a dream come true. I’ve always wanted to stay at a cave hotel and I’m so glad I stayed at this one. Very very clean and beautiful room that made me feel like I was in The Hobbit. Literally a dream come true. If I could give this hotel ten stars I would. They also helped us arrange horseback riding tour and a four wheeler tour. Book with them! You won’t regret it!
