Staff is super friendly. Overall the place and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air in the room felt a bit stuffy but nothing oppressive.

They advertise a indoor pool but its not open and no one tells you that unless you ask or go down to get in it. I dont know how that isnt false advertisment. Staff is extremely nice. Room is large and has some cute decorations. Our toilet wasnt clean but the rest of the room seems to be. Easy parking. For us the tv was small considering the room was very large and the bed was on one end and the tv on the other. Was hard to hear without feeling like youd be bothering your neighbors

The room was nice and clean. The bed a was a little springy, but we managed to get some sleep. The price was right and it was a nice, quiet little place to stay on part of our long road trip. The man that checked us in was so sweet. Good service here.

My check-in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional — he practically threw my driver’s license back at me. Despite having prepaid through Expedia, I was charged again upon arrival again. To make things worse, I received four duplicate reservation confirmation emails from the hotel, which felt very suspicious and disorganized. The room itself was unacceptable. It was dirty, and I saw at least four cockroaches during my stay. After that, I couldn’t sleep at all. Overall, this place felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Dissatisfied

First night we checked in around 10pm, and our room, 114 was not cleaned yet. We were given room 106, no how water for shower and we noticed the stool around the floor. The next morning we told the staff and they said they could give us a room upstairs or room 114. But room 114 was still not cleaned and if we could check back later after lunch. So we left our things on room 106 and went to visit family. We went back around 1:30, staff said we could change room, however they still needed to vacuum 114. We went to room 106 to get our things and room 106 was cleaned, howevet i dont think they fixed the toilet. Finally we were able to get to room 114. Took shower that night in room 114, no hot water and only 1 washcloth for 2 people. We have always stayed at Super 8s ans have no problems. Sorry but we will not be staying at this Super 8 agsin.

The room itself was what I expected, but the door latch was broken, the shower backed up and the property was just a little worn down. It was a decent value for the price and didn't break my wallet, and worked as a place to sleep.
