I've stayed a few times already. Only hotel in Butler and rooms are clean and spacious and price very reasonable. Its close to Wal m art and restaurants. Butler kind of a boring area i go on weekends periodically for band practice. If in Butler or traveling its a great budget friendly place to stay.

The hotel definitely needs some TLC. Half of my lights didn't work. The room I got for my Aunt and Mother had a broken toilet seat. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant, but the gentleman that interacted with my family could use some customer service training. I work in the hospitality industry, and I understand there are struggles, but this hotel just has genuine neglect.
