We were getting tired and pulled off for a bite and was trying to find a good place to stay. A guy overheard us and recommend this place. So glad he did the rooms were very clean and nice. The sheets smelled so fresh . The bathroom was spotless. Had a nice tv they had direct TV so alot of channels to go through. The front desk lady was very polite.
Our room America Best in Value was excellent! Bed was new! The workers were friendly. BreKfast was free! Hotel was clean. Good neighborhood. Walmart and McDonalds was very close. Just off interstate and easy to get too!
Do not go here, there was blood on the sheets, which they tried to tell us was just brown paint, but there wasn't anything painted brown in the room. There was also dark black hair all over the sheets on the beds. The front desk workers were not helpful or kind in any manner when we tried to discuss the issues with them. We ended up leaving the hotel and had to search for another one.
I booked this hotel because of the pool. I thought this was the place we stayed a couple of years ago. I was so wrong. The pool was dirty and ice cold. My daughter actually broke out from something in the water. The beds were uncomfortable. Two of the room occupants stubbed their toes on the support bar sticking out from under the bed. I will not ever stay here again. The price is outrageous for what you get.
Staff is incredibly rude and the quality of the hotel is a joke. Don't waste your time, unless you like to be screamed at by an unreasonable manager who only wants to take your money and put it in his own pocket. He will then tell you that he is better than you and that he doesn't want or need your business (because he understands that this place is garbage and you wouldn't ever want to come back anyway). Once he's got your money once, that's all he is looking for. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
This room was run down with no maintenance. Arms on the chair in the room were ripped with stuffing hanging out, Black Mold in the bathroom. Burn spot on the ceiling mold in the refrigerator. Filthy windows with no screens, Worn out lamp shades.
me and my husbansd have been traveling for some time now, we stopped at Americas best value inn on a wim. when we first stepped in the door we were greeted my Sarah the front desk clerk, not only did she have a smile of an angel she made us feel right at home. She offered us some great rates we could not pass on. our room was very comfortable and quiet. It was loaded with not only as refrigerator but a microwave and a flat screen TV. The beds were super comfortable and the the rest of the staff were very friendly as well. if we ever come back through harrisonville again we defiantly will bne booking a room here.
Before you stay here- Don't! You'll be harassed by the RUDE India guy. He has no problem arguing with the guests. Rooms were small and nasty. No heat on for the room in December! Fridge was unplugged. You'll sleep better at the Walmart parking lot. Charged $90 for 7 hours of sleep to be stalked the whole time. I am not a liar and to have that rude "man" stand there and yell at me in front of his kid sitting in the lobby --- professionalism took a back seat. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! Saving $10 to be stalked and harassed is not the way to go.
Hotel was ok, some things did not work in the room. I had a long drive and needed to work from the room the next day, lots of rooms early in the week. Basically refused to give me a late check out. After aggressively convincing them to allowing me to stay longer without charging me another day. they called the Manger and they sair $5 hour past 11 and it was ok. So it cost me $20 more. and they did not let the morning people know, so got several calls about when I was going to leave. Very disappointed in the company. Just to have a bit more time to work from the room. Very frustrated with them.
This hotel/motel is very reasonably priced but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Pros: cost, clean bed, clean bath tub, clean toilet. Cons: funky odor in lobby and hallway, carpet is extremely old and needs cleaned. So, if you just need a cheap place to stay the night while in transit it is ok. This is NOT a place to stay for a long period of time (in my opinion). We arrived late and left early while on the road so we wanted a cheap place to sleep before arriving at our destination the next day. We got what we paid for.
