Air conditioning unit worked but was visibly broken and in poor condition. Carpet was ripped in our room exposing carpet tacks that were sharp and located in the walkway in our room.

The bed was good. The staff was very helpful. We accidentally brought the YV remote home with us and the staff person was very nice about it and said we did not have to bring it back. Also gave us good directions to the restaurant we wanted to visit. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast. What’s not to like?

Staff was very friendly and breakfast good. Coffee was excellent!

Wish the pool and gym were available.

I was there for my sons' funeral so as far as taking everything into concept I probably didn't. But I was very pleased . The staff, room and breakfast was all wonderful.

I booked this hotel recently while visiting my family, taking my daughter and grandson with me. On our second night at the hotel my daughter found a bed bug crawling across her bed and showed it to me the next morning. I immediately took it to the front desk and showed it to the desk clerk. She agreed that it was a bed bug and called the manager. The room was inspected by a hotel employee (not an exterminator) and declared that there were no more bed bugs in the room. I was not convinced. I went back to the front desk and asked what was going to be done about my room. She said the manager said "nothing" was going to be done that I had probably brought the bed bugs to the hotel. Needless to say I was furious. Only after I threatened to withhold payment did the manager allow us to change rooms. Unfortunately bed bugs are found in a lot of hotels due to international travel but I really don't want to take them home with me.

Very good stay. Had a little hard time figuring out how the highway led to the hotel and the construction workers staying at the hotel had cleaned out a lot of the breakfast 10 minutes after it started. But that wasn't the hotels fault. I would stay here again.

The best hotel experience for the money that I've ever had. If I would have had a microwave in the room, it would have had EVERYTHING I could have asked for. Good Job!

Wow, I could not have been more pleased. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet. We had to drive down about 2 more exits to reach places to eat, but it wasn't that far! The breakfast was fantastic (waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, etc.). The time available for breakfast allowed for sleeping in. Everyone was wonderful and ready to help. I will certainly keep this spot in mind the next time we go home to Missouri for a visit!
