This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

This was a great property that we will definitely come back to and friends will be booking too. I do not give 5 stars for cleanliness ever, but this house was spotless when we arrived. The host is in contact with you communicating all along the way. He even gave us an early check in and late check out without us even asking. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (not the case in other homes we rented) even spices. There’s plenty of space inside and outside with decks. Hopefully we’ll use the outdoor space more the next time. Beach access is close and easy in a tranquil setting. We made lots of family memories for our Spring Break with much needed R&R. You won’t regret booking this home for your vacation. Thanks Norm!

We rented this house to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. The biggest challenge we had was in finding a wheelchair accessible home. This one was PERFECT! we even got to bring the fur baby! The host made it so easy to check in and out. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The space was beyond what we thought it would be. We were a group of 7 and the house accommodated all of us and then some. The house is very well supplied. Down to the complimentary toiletries. The cleanliness was also excellent. Communication was stellar! We will definitely be coming back! Easy 6 min drive to the beach too!

We stayed at the Scott House in Neskowin while attending a family funeral. Although the reason for our visit was difficult, the home provided a peaceful and comfortable place for our family to gather and support one another. The house was clean, welcoming, and in a beautiful location near the ocean, which offered quiet moments for reflection.I personally liked the gas fireplace upstairs in the suite room. Every night and many mornings I would sit in a very comfy chair next to the fire and was very content. Easy light switch for instant on and off. The open floor plan made for easy conversations while others listened from the kitchen and dining area. The owners have also supplied renters with numerous games to play for the young and the old and many books to read. One small suggestion would be to add an inside mat by the front door during wet weather, as well as some shelves or a small rack for shoes to help keep the entry area organized and dry.Overall, we appreciated our stay and would recommend the Scott House to anyone looking for a relaxing place on the coast. Norm Scott was a great host before, during and after our stay. Thank you Norm.

Our host welcomed us personally through texts, which was very thoughtful. And he kept in touch during our visit!!The house was perfect for our group. The upstairs suite was a treat! We saved it for our friends who had a 3 hour delay on back roads!! They were so happy! We enjoyed the spacious living arrangements, for the 7 of us. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all connected perfect for a group. We enjoyed the Olympics, as we visited, made a jigsaw puzzle, shared snacks, music, shared dinners & a birthday party! We appreciated the privacy of having our own bathrooms for the 3 couples, and our singleton. What a difference that makes when getting ready to walk the beach or head out to lunch, or just prepare for the day! How refreshing that the “5 minute walk to the beach”, was TRULY a 5 minute walk to the beach!! And a beautiful walk! We also went into Pacific City for lunch, and enjoyed a beach walk from the state park parking area in Neskowin. Fun to see Proposal Rock from two perspectives over the weekend! I recommend a stay here! And we will be back!!!!

Most welcoming host; wonderful, private accommodations for a group of 3 couples. Main floor has perfect arrangements for anyone with ambulatory challenges. Beautiful house, with all the important conveniences, great kitchen and living room area, large kitchen table for meals, table games, and puzzling. House is just a few minutes' walk to one of the most beautiful Oregon beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Scott beach house in Neskowin, Oregon! The house was immaculate, the beds so comfortable, and the time with our family was simply a wonderful! We took an invigorating walk on the beach and enjoyed a couple of meals out in Lincoln City. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs a place of rest and refreshment. Our stay was fantastic! The host was kind and accommodating to our groups needs. The photos don’t do justice to the space. There is a kid bunk room. The other three rooms are large suites with plenty of breathing room, large bathrooms and private covered balconies perfect for variable weather conditions on the Oregon coast. We are a tall family and the property had extra tall doors and sky high ceilings. The property was well insulated so no one was bothered by others who stayed up later or got up earlier than they did. My mom uses a walker. Having parking, the main living space and a master suite all on the same level without any steps allowed her to get around and enjoy the stay. It is a very short walk to the beach. There was also space for my parents to drive down and set up a couple chairs where they could watch grandkids play in the sand and surf without needing to risk ambling down onto the beach. The kitchen and open format were a great space to join and break bread together. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property.

This house was perfect for our family gathering celebrating my mother's 80th birthday! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was just the right size to prepare meals for a big family. We appreciated the quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evenings. We even saw bunnies and deer while we were there. The host made sure I knew that if I needed anything during our stay, to not hesitate contacting him. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay!

You won't be disappointed when you stay here! The pictures do not do this home justice. As you walk in you know you made a great choice. The big open kitchen has everything you need to make every meal- plenty of dishes and utensils, 2 sinks, appliances, large dining table and counter eating area. The master suites are amazing, with great views and comfortable beds, plenty of blankets and the bathrooms attached provide all the privacy you need. The loft is a great space for the younger ones to watch movies, play games and have their own space- which really is set up like a studio apartment. The house is clean and comfortable with large couches, a separate sitting area, 3 great sitting decks to enjoy your coffee and listen to the ocean. Norm was a wonderful host, ensuring we had an easy check in experience and very personable. Our group was 2 families of 4 each, and this home easily accommodated all of us. We go to the coast annually, and this was one of the best vacation rentals we have had.

Amazing Family Getaway - Handicap friendly

This place was perfect for our extended family group getaway. We had three generations and wanted a place to make special memories at the beach. Norm's place was perfect for us. He was very accommodating and kind, and always available for questions or requests.Best features- Huge kitchen with two full sinks. Cooking together as a family was so easy and enjoyable- Tall ceilings with lots of windows. Wonderful natural light, not echoey, felt luxurious.- Two king beds. Hard to find and a huge blessing for tall families.- Multiple decks, I think 5 if you count the lower covered area.- Warm water hose outside! This was awesome for washing sand off kids and dogs and feet before entering.- Very handicap friendly. One king room is completely handicap enabled with a roll in shower, and the front entrance has a very nice shallow ramp entrance. - Outdoor fireplace, firewood included- Awesome beach. Two minute walk to the beach, which was super private and nice. Cliffs on one side and a deep but fordable river on the other mean this south end of Neskowin beach feels uncrowned and almost private. The land formations also seem to make it warmer and less windy here than nearby Lincoln City or Pacific City.- Tons of parking. If you were having a family gathering with people all coming in their own cars you'd still have room for everyone.Overall this place was perfect for our family and we'd come back in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable and spacious

The house was very comfortable for our group of nine. Four bedrooms and bathrooms for each room was great. Easy beach access. Lots of decks to choose from. Attentive host. We did not realize there was a long term renter in the bottom unit until we got there, so just note that the great room runs over their unit. We would stay again!

Spacious and comfortable stay for our family

We needed an accessible home for my mom who is in a wheelchair and space to accommodate two families with kids and this house was perfect. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beach. We would certainly come back here again. Norm, was a great communicator but we didn’t need anything during our stay, except for better weather, but it’s the Oregon Coast after all.

Welcome to paradise!

We had the good fortune of finding this dream house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday last weekend. From start to finish, our time at the property was the perfect weekend away. First of all, the host of the property is so kind- and beyond accommodating. You can also tell how much he has put into the home as it is even more lovely in person! The location is perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Pacific City, but also boasts some surprisingly delicious food options right in Neskowin! In addition to being tucked away from the main roads safely in a gated community, we particularly enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach in under 5 minutes. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it, you will not regret it!

Great Getaway

Our stay did not disappoint! Plenty of room for the 7 of us including our 2 year old. Everything was there for the little one including booster seat, pint-sized bed, kids eating utensils and story books. Fun at the beach, too, for her first time exploring at low tide and collecting treasures!Kitchen was spacious for multiple cooks and included everything we needed. Lots of windows to peek at the ocean with decks at every primary bedroom. Living, dining and kitchen areas are very light and open with more than enough room for all.We enjoyed our time and had a great getaway!Steve M.

We had a fantastic stay at Norm, a beautiful cozy house. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach, and the house itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed.
