This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king beds in the second bedroom, and 2 twin sized beds in the third bedroom.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call our office to reserve prior to arrival.
