This house was extremely clean and had such a beautiful view! Quick walk to the gulf! It was such a beautiful house and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family destination

Beautiful house right on the bay, very quiet neighborhood and still close to everything. The house was perfect, very roomy and nice and comfortable. Very good communication with management. Can't wait to come stay again!!!

Perfect Location for Our Family Getaway!

The house was absolutely what we needed for our family vacation. The sunsets from the deck are unmatched! The house was immaculate and had everything needed for our stay. The host was very easy to work with and had clean explanations of everything we needed to know. Looking forward to booking again!

Perfect Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this stunning home. It's well appointed, including towels, blankets, utensils etc. Furniture is nice, location is stunning. Management company was very responsive and reasonable. Checkout process was painless and very reasonable.

Was in Navarre for my daughter’s wedding and was looking for a nice house to accommodate the entire family for the weekend.This property is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious with tons of amenities. The elevator was especially nice getting larger items to the second or third floor.The view from the deck at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking!The RMI Team is incredible as well. Always checking to see if you need anything and willing to help with any questions that you might have.Looking forward to our next trip already!

Slice of Paradise!

This home is magnificent!!! The property owners thought of everything, including an elevator that made it easy for my mother-in-law to watch the sunset in the evenings. Having a spot on the bay to hang out, we had dolphins swim right up to us, which was the highlight of our stay! The managers kept in constant contact with us, making sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately kept, and truly felt like our home away from home. We cannot wait to visit again!!

Amazing beach house

This was the best week I have ever had at the beach. Michelle was the most amazing host when we had questions or problems. The place was better than described, and the view off the back deck was worth every penny! The sunsets are the best I’ve seen in 40 years and the fishing off the back yard is fantastic! I’d go back again next year for sure if I can get our schedules to work….

Stunning

This property is better than advertised!!!!! The sunsets are absolutely amazing. Home is fully stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the garage. One underrated feature that I would like to highlight is the elevator, as it made loading and unloading a dream! Michelle is wonderful. She is very responsive and adds thoughtful touches. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Sunset Villa has everything you need!

The decks overlooking the sound were a favorite place for my husband and I. Watching all the wild life ( including dolphins, a heron that my grandson fed his fresh caught fish, pelicans and ducks) and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well organized and the pantry included extra appliances. We used the toaster oven and counter ice maker. The ocean beach was not crowded most of the time and I enjoyed walking to the national seashore area. Michelle from the managing company was very helpful. Lovely place!

Lovely home

The home was exactly as shown in photos and a perfect size for all our family. Everyone had their own space, and it worked out extremely well. The only issue we had was one with the cooktop, which was out for two days. After reading several reviews on that particular brand. It’s an idiosyncrasy that apparently it has. The property manager was responsive, but unfortunately had no way of doing anything. By the time someone finally came the came it was working again.There is quite a bit of construction going on, but the views are beautiful, so that makes up for it.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach

This is THE place to stay. Check in was very easy. Communication was great. The keyless entry made coming a going flawless. There is an elevator which was a game changer for unloading all our stuff and sending it up without having to navigate stairs each time. The home is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, cutlery and bake ware you could need. There is a convection stove which was fun to cook on. The pans are great and non stick. The house has 8 beach towels you can use so you don’t need to bring any with you and every bathroom is stocked with plush towels. There are tvs in every room. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra blankets in each closet. If you are particular about your pillow I’d bring your own. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a beach wagon, a few shovels, games and floats. The house has incredible views and a dock right out the back door. We fished a lot from it and caught many fish. We also brought stand up paddle boards that allowed us to explore the bay. It was easy to get them in and out of the water from the dock. We had dolphins show up several days too.The beach is a short very pleasant walk from the house. Navarre gives the small town feel and the beaches weren’t crowded. We did drive 20-30 minutes to go eat at 2 nice restaurants located in Pensacola but there are several good options in Navarre. We loved our stay here and give it a 10/10!

Amazing house & views

This house is a short walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable & this house is gorgeous inside & out. The kitchen was perfect to host our large group of two families. The views & decks are fantastic for grilling, relaxing & sunbathing. They left us a gift basket & mints on all pillows which was an amazing touch. They had extra beach towels, chairs for everyone, a wagon to pull it to the beach & everything is new & clean! The freezer doesn’t produce ice, the neighborhood is under construction so the nail guns & drills are loud all day long & construction traffic was very hard to navigate bc the neighborhood is new & growing. I would recommend a ladder into the water behind the house bc the neighbor yelled at us for trying to use his & blankets for the trundle room bc they had to cover up with beach towels. There were also metal objects in the sand behind the house which was dangerous for bare feet but other than these things we had a fantastic time!! I would highly recommend this rental! We will definitely return! They had extra paper towels, trash bags & toilet paper. This was a huge plus bc most rentals do not! They use a code to enter so no need for keys. Navarre is a great place to relax & there was hardly any traffic like other places we have stayed in Florida. We also highly recommend renting paddle boards bc you can paddle around the sound to see the beach around the dunes. We were able to keep them for 24 hours. Thanks for an amazing vacation rental!!
