Experience this stunning, newly built Gulf-front retreat on Navarre Beach. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 14 guests, this luxury home was made for gathering. Whether you’re planning a beach vacation, family reunion, or intimate Gulf-side wedding, Casa De Playa is the perfect place to come together.

Inside, the clean coastal design blends comfort with upscale finishes. Four bedrooms feature king beds, one bedroom has two twins ideal for teens or adults, and the kid-friendly bunk room includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Two sets of washers and dryers make beach clean-up easy, while Smart TVs in every room keep everyone entertained.

The main living space offers panoramic Gulf views and plenty of room to relax. A built-in electric fireplace adds cozy charm, and the full surround sound system plays throughout the living room and the outdoor deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, a wine cooler, high-end appliances, and a coffee and espresso combo machine. An extra refrigerator in the garage gives you more room for snacks, drinks, and more.

Step outside to your private beachfront deck and soak in the view. A dune walkover leads straight to the shoreline, and just behind the home is your own beach area, perfect for letting kids play in the sand. In the garage, you’ll find a beach wagon, six chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards, and kayaks ready for use.

After a day by the water, the 16-foot swim spa is the perfect spot to unwind. Fire up the premium gas grill and enjoy dinner outdoors with the sound of waves in the background. Cornhole and board games add to the family fun, and the home’s elevator provides added convenience for guests of all ages.

Casa De Playa is also event friendly, offering a beautiful setting for small weddings or celebrations. Snowbirds are welcome, too. With the beach only steps away, luxury features throughout, and everything you need for a memorable stay, your perfect vacation begins here.

Note: The private pool is a compact, 16' swim spa, perfect for cooling off and relaxing, but not built for swimming. Pool heating is available between Oct 1 and April 30 for $75 per day. Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this option when booking. Please be aware that the pool heater will warm the water to approximately 85°F. It’s designed for comfort and will not feel hot like a hot tub. Temperatures may vary in colder weather and are not guaranteed.
