Welcome to Casa Caribe, a breathtaking home located in a beautiful gated community just a short walk from the beach. This stunning property features panoramic water views, a huge community pool, and a tennis court, making it the perfect retreat for your group of up to 7 guests.
The open concept floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy time together, whether you’re watching TV, playing games, or simply gazing out at the tranquil waters. The high-end chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or snacks, featuring gorgeous cabinetry, quartz countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge), and everything you’ll need for food prep. Dining for 4 is provided at the main table, and another 5 seats are available at the large breakfast bar.
The main floor, with its brand new carpets, features the king-sized primary bedroom, which boasts stunning water views and a luxurious closet setup. The en suite spa bath includes dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a large tiled walk-in shower for your relaxation.
On the other side of the house, you’ll find a queen-sized bedroom with an en suite bath, including a large tiled walk-in shower and a separate water closet. The third bedroom features both a queen bed and a daybed, comfortably sleeping 3 guests. All rooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs for your enjoyment.
For your convenience, a full washer/dryer is provided, and the wrap-around deck on the main floor offers plenty of room to relax or grill on the gas grill. Up one flight, you’ll find the “crow’s nest” deck, the perfect spot for a nightcap while taking in the panoramic island views under the stars.
The ground floor provides parking for 2 cars in the garage and an additional 2 cars in the driveway. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower or unwind in the shady "hang out" area.
The large community pool is just outside your door, and the Gulf beach is a short walk away. For those looking for a bit of exercise, a tennis court is conveniently located next to the pool.
Your small pup (with owner’s permission and a $200 pet fee) is welcome to join you on your vacation. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Beautiful view

Location was fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Watching the dolphins in the morning was an exciting suprise. The gated community also made you feel safe.

Quiet stay with a great location

We were a group of five adults on a friends trip and the place was perfect. We preferred spending time at the sound versus the ocean due to rip tide/choppy water. There is not direct sound access but a quick drive to an access point. The house does not provide beach towels but we picked up everything we needed at the grocery store. The pool and hot tub area was run down but functioning. The neighbors were friendly and have great recommendations. The kitchen is stocked with cooking ware, dishwasher soap, and even 2 packs of laundry detergent.The outdoor shower was not working during our stay. Plenty of food options and love music playing close by.

Love everything about this property!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the management company! The house was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were very high end. I woke every morning to the view of the water and sunrise from the master bedroom. I would drink coffee on the beautiful deck that faces the sound, listening to the water and birds. It’s a 1-minute drive to two public beach accesses that weren’t ever busy. When we had a small issue, maintenance was sent in about 5 minutes. The gated neighborhood was so nice along with the pool, which wasn’t ever crowded and was well-maintained. There are about four restaurants on the “island”, a gas station, among other things, and just a quick trip over the bridge into downtown if needed. The beach was breathtaking. I could go on…! My family and I had our best vacation yet and a big part of it was the comfort and class of this home. I wish we didn’t have to leave, but we’ll be back soon!

My thoughts...

To give credit where credit is due, the house was wonderful. The only thing I would have liked more would be garage access from the living quarters. Other than that, we were all pleased. My only real negative feedback has to be regarding the such early check out time. 9am is just unpleasant. Overall, it was an excellent experience. May return one day.

Awesome Rental with Water view!

The rental property was exceptionally clean and decor was perfect for a beach vacation.! We loved it! We especially enjoyed the swing on deck overlooking the sound. Very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful! The location was just minutes from the beach. Overall, it far exceeded our expectations! We will be going back again!

The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Too short for adults. Wish there was another option. Pullout in living Room wasnt any better. Otherwise, we had a great time. Porch areas are delightful

Great house, views and location

We loved this house and everything about it. The photos represent it perfectly. The house is up to date, super clean and very comfortable. The views of the bay are wonderful. It's a 2 min drive to public beach access and about a 7 - 8 min walk. The property management company, Blue Moon, was great to work with and had great communication. Navarre Beach is a wonderful place. The water is so beautiful and clear. We've spent a lot of time in the Caribbean. This area and the water are every bit as beautiful. We will be back to Navarre and this house.

Absolutely PERFECTION for a peaceful trip!!!

When we booked our trip, we were looking for a quiet place to retreat and have some good quality family time. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. It felt so safe! The bay is actually so nice and peaceful. If the beach is busy you can always take a short walk to the bay where the water is calm and there isn’t many people. The home was immaculately clean. The beds and sofa were cozy. We used the grill for a couple of meals. The bathrooms and showers were nice! We played tennis on the tennis court and swam in the pool. The heater wasn’t turned on in the hot tub just fyi there. We rented bikes from Sage Paddle and they delivered our bikes to the house. Our teen kids favorite part of the trip was riding their bikes to the beach! The public beach is extremely close! There isn’t a shower at the public beach nearby so we just used a bucket to rinse our feet or waited until we got to the house. We had brunch at the beach house bar and grill and it is a MUST EAT right on the beach and 1.8 miles away! Donuts in paradise are also a must eat! The Japanese Steakhouse has great sushi as well. This was the trip we needed and we are planning another this fall!! Thank you for a wonderful time!
