For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf or the new large LED TV. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef`s on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.

Bedroom 3: (1) Full Bed. Sleeps 1. (1) Bunk Bed: Twin over Twin. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom is attached to Bedroom 3 and Hallway: Tub/shower combo and 1 sink.

Main Living Space: Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
