Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix. The bathroom offers a rainfall showerhead, a jetted tub, and hair dryers. New AC system but do not set the AC below 68 and never leave sliding glass doors open while AC is on. Unit will freeze up & shut off.
Owners live out of state and there is no condo staff there after 5pm to assist with checkin should you encounter an issue.

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.
