Nuevo 3 hab / 3 baños convenientemente ubicado en el 3er piso y muy bien decorado. La unidad puede alojar cómodamente 8. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con un colchón de Tempurpedic, 2 reinas en uno de los dormitorios de invitados y una reina y el tercer dormitorio. Para su disfrute, hay un televisor en cada habitación con un gran "TV 55 en la sala de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada para el entretenimiento y cocinar para la familia y amigos. Un montón de juegos para tiempo de diversión familiar y, por supuesto, un gran balcón para disfrutar de las hermosas puestas de sol mientras disfruta de su bebida favorita.

Very nice

We have stayed in this particular condo three times. Beautiful view from the balcony. You can see the beach front and sunsets are very visible. The kitchen area has everything we need to fix food there. Close walk to the pool area and the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Sliding door didn’t lock, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. Floors sandy upon arrival. Nice location, decor and kitchen accessories.

Overall a great condo- but will not be returning

This is a nice condo but we will not be returning. The location is amazing, 3rd floor is perfect. Condo was very clean. The dryer was not working on day 1, but management gave us a code to the next door condo so that was nice- however the last few days of our stay that condo was occupied so we didn't have access to a dryer which made drying our wet clothes difficult for our drive home. The dryer needed a part, but for the amount we paid for our stay I think they should have made other accommodations or offered some sort of partial discount. The reason we won't return is the master bedroom bed- it was awful- like laying on concrete- we tried everything- but it was extremely hard and we both left with sore shoulders and hips. I had packed extra blankets and pillows for my family- and I am thankful for that I did because there were no extra pillows or blankets anywhere in the condo. We asked for additional blankets or pillows and management did bring one up. The decor was a bit outdated and the kitchen was missing simple things like a pizza cutter and pizza pan. Also, there were a ton of light bulbs that didn't work- the main light over the kitchen table only had two of the five light bulbs lit- several of the lamps had burnt out light bulbs. We also had a bedroom with a cable box that didn't work properly. All simple problems, but for the money- I was hoping for more attention to detail. It was a pain to keep sending messages so we just made the best of it. The complex is beautiful and pool is huge. We will back to Beach Colony- this was our second year and we will return for #3- just not at this condo.

Decent with a few hiccups

This condo is in a great location. This is our favorite building to stay in. This unit has a few things that made it less than excellent but still a decent stay. The three bedrooms have a television but only one television was working. We told the owner and maintenance confirmed a box needed replacing but was not replaced. The back bedroom has a long shower with a very small shower head and wall tiles as the flooring causing it to be very slippery. We bought a bath mat as this was a safety concern for my parents. This shower also had a bit of mold. The master bed is like a solid sponge. Some like this, but I needed a topper for the mattress. This unit has excellent views, a fantastic pool, and the master bathroom was nice! We enjoyed that the units in this building are very spacious and comfortably fit a larger group.

Beautiful Condo…Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean & beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable & condo was roomy for 4 adults & 1 baby. We could have added another couple & it would still have been large enough for all. Balcony was large with a great view of the ocean. Pool was large & the premise was very well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked & the Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. The left side of refrigerator door slammed shut too easily & shifted contents but we got used to it. The only other item I would have liked in the kitchen was a box grater otherwise it was perfect. Best of all Linda was very attentive and answered our every concern quickly. One glitch we experienced was the code not working every evening at 10 & later & we also couldn't use the code on morning of departure which made it difficult to pack up to leave. Thanks so very much for a wonderful stay-we will definitely be back to Beach Colony!

Great clean condo with beautiful view

We had a great week at the condo with our family of 6. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking needs. Very close to beach and pier. Would definitely recommend!

Beach colony is great

Very nice home

This was a very nice property. I was very pleased that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We will be staying in this condo again.

Comfortable Navarre Beach Condo

We were very happy with our stay at the condo. The space was perfect for our family. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools to prepare meals. The beach and pool were easily accessible and were so lovely.

Excellent Place To Stay

I stayed in this condo over Labor Day with a small group of friends and it was wonderful! The description and pictures are a true representation of the unit and the beach. Even during this time of social distancing there was still plenty to do and places that offer patio seating should you want to eat out. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offers a lovely view of the sunrise/sunset each day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice condo!

We had a great time at the beach. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped; however I was told there was a Keurig type coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker, but only found a regular one. Parking was not as big of a challenge as some have stated. We brought a car and a larger truck. We had a designated spot for the car and parked the truck up on the top deck with no problems. The loading area is very small so just be ready to carry your luggage in or be patient.....wasn’t a big deal for us. The master bed mattress was too firm for us but that’s subjective so others may not mind it. All of the bathrooms are very spacious and the second bedroom has two queen beds which makes it really nice for older kids. We love the area and enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Good property lacking cleanliness

The unit was very nice and location really good. The floors were not cleaned. Upon arrival the floors had sand and it was apparent from the bottom of everyone's feet they were dirty as well.

Very nice

We had a great time. We had 4 adults and 2 older kids in our group and there was plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property and our condo was very nice. The beach is wonderful and Navarre isn't nearly as crowded as Destin. On the down side there are not very many decent restaurants close by. There is a Marriot property right down the beach and they had a very nice restaurant. Indianapolis, IN

Best on the Beach

Definitely the best property in Navarre. This unit has high end finishes and is spacious. One bedroom has 2 queen beds which allows for 8 people to sleep in beds comfortably. The large pool was also a huge plus. Having a storage room on the first level for all of your beach gear is fantastic. Linda was also very responsive to my requests both via phone and email. She was a pleasure to work with. The tennis courts were mediocre as the surface was some sort of turf. The online pictures lead you to believe it is clay. The other area for improvement is the multiple access codes to remember, specifically the elevator. Having separate codes for the front gate, fitness room, storage room and elevators made it confusing. Once we realized that all of the other codes were holidays, it made things easier to remember. Overall an amazing stay at the Beach Colony. We will be back.

WILL NOT STAY AGAIN !!!!

Where do I start. this is what whole lot of money gets you for 6 days at this resort. Upon arrival parking was very difficult, could not fit in spot and when I could I could not get out of vehicle. My truck is scratched from the cable in the parking area because you had to squeeze out of the vehicle and I'm not a big guy. When going in the elevator you must use codes. I went to 11th floor six times before I got to third floor. No air conditioning in the elevator. Upon getting into unit there is another 12 digit code to get into the unit. Another code for the gate and another for pool. As for the unit I would call it fair, nothing extraordinary. Then there's the beach, the main purpose for my stay. They have rental chairs and umbrellas that they set out at 5 a.m. at the shoreline so that no one else can get a spot without paying their fee. You must reserve the chairs. These chairs are so close together that you had to push people apart to get to the water. There are so many chairs, you cannot see the water from the other rows. The person that handles the chairs is very rude. I was told I was entitled to two chairs when I made reservation. When I got to beach and could not find two chairs they said it was first come first serve. You must reserve and pay if you want the chairs. I happen to notice an extra chair all by itself leaning up against the chair boy's box so I took it and set it up behind all the other ones that were blocking the water. The chair boy came over and very rudely said "don't touch my stuff, if you want a chair, you can rent one" The next day i got up early to get two chairs behind the umbrellas there happened to be two chairs and I put two towels on them and asked what room we were in and we would have to pay for two more chairs" The umbrellas were so low you couldn't see see over them. When I raised the umbrella he came over, jerked it out of the sand and drilled another hole and stuck it back in and said, "don't move it again". Keep in mind it is 95 degrees on the beach and the only way to get any air is to raise them up. Upon leaving the resort I parked my vehicle by the side to load our luggage because we also had two small children and wives to get packed and when I went upstairs my buddy said they were calling to tow my truck. He explained to them we were trying to load the vehicle and had he not been there I would have gotten towed .Not enough words left to tell the rest of the story to tell all GOOD LUCK!
