AREA Attractions: The famous Quality Waters : flowing from Navajo Lake, the lower SJR is ranked among America's top-ten trout fishing waters. A 4.5 mile, nutrient rich section below Navajo Dam is so spectacular for fishing that it has earned "Quality Waters" designation. Book a guided fly fishing tour and learn the best areas to fish and regulations from the state department.
House is fully furnished with all new floors. Enjoy the outside patio with an indoor/outdoor grill. Three bedrooms including queen, full, and twin beds. Stacked washer/dryer available. Plenty space for your vehicle and boat. Quiet neighborhood.
