Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at Omni Hotel. We were kept up all night because of the room across the hallway was hosting an after party! After asking the people to quiet down several times we finally called security at 3:30 am. They quieted down for a short while and we didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning I went to the front desk to get some type of credit for the terrible experience! The woman at the desk just said there was nothing she would do and that we were just out of luck. I tried talking to several other employees who had the same disregard for our terrible experience. To top it all off they charged me $210 for 2 nights of parking!! Will never go back here or would I ever recommend them to someone. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation."
